The american kind of 'douchebag' doesn't exist in Scandinavia. You won't see the fist pumping roided 'bro' very much outside the lowclass areas. In scandinavia, the douchebag does not transcend social groups. Of course, since this is mainly an american poll, there is missing the european gentleman, best exemplified by Jude Law in Alfie or Sean Connery as Bond. I believe this is the type that does the best in most of the world and certainly in Europe.

The douchebag is the Alpha in us. The hipster is the modern, stylish but underground persona of the manosphere that we embrace and bacon is the candy coating that binds it all together. Bacon wrapped anything is awesome.

I think guys occupying the hipster + douchebag space are in a real niche.

Most hipsters don't hit the gym, identify with game or belive in free-market economics.

And most douchebags at the gym don't read up on serious newspapers, keep up to date on fashion trends and new music, and/or live in cool inner-city suburbs with a strong creative/artistic bent.

It's a minority of guys that can relate to both.

Who here is a red meat eating, latte drinking, music/fashion savvy, small cocktail bar frequenting, anti-feminist, craft beer drinking, anti-welfare, gym junkie womaniser?

Que ensue, I fit a lot of that definition only I don't eat meat or lattes and I need to go to the gym more. I don't hang out in cocktail bars but I've worked in them and have taken girls to them.

Politically I against where feminism is going these days but I also believe that we need to get everyone the basic necessities of life- if everyone in the world had slightly better education I believe that we would see a lot suffering dissapear.

I'm more on the hipster side probably but I don't like the hipsters that you guys are describing and consider myself just to be a New Yorker.

I also don't like boring douche culture and bridge and tunnel quido/guidettes who fill the city with shitty style and bad EDM on the weekends.
