It's available in the UK too. It has some fake profiles to add more users but it's legit.

Yeah I'm going to wait for a UK datasheet until I bother using it, as one fake profile can put me off it so i'd rather wait.

Not surprised. I used to do some web scripting work for a popular dating site here for fake female views on a guy's profile.
