Basically I'll send an email out to all the current members before Sat and they will have 1 week to respond. No response and I'll assume they are out. Then I'll invite based on who replied first.

There will be at least two additional members as I hope to expand it to a 12 team league.

As far as being a pay league well we won't be one this year unless 10 out of the 12 agree.

Next year I hope to move in that direction though

EDIT: As far as setup, I would prefer to not do a PPR league, as I am trying that for the first time in my usual league and I don't think I'm going to like that format.

As far as pay, we would probably be best off going money-free and just enjoying the shit talking and bragging rights.
