RE: Hello...Russia
Some insight into the multiple phones thing: most girls in Eastern Europe have 2-3 phones, so nothing strange here. The reason is that they are optimizing for calling deals/tariffs with all the different carriers. For example, carrier 1 will have a plan where you can text for free, but only to other phones who are on the same network. Carrier 2 will have a plan where you can have unlimited talk time with 5 numbers that you select. They have phones for each of these deals and instantly compute the optimal phone to use depending on the situation in order to spend the least. Yes, they are that hard up.

It seems weird to an outsider at first, especially when you have only one phone and don't really care what it costs to make calls, but it's not unusual to get a call or a text from a completely different number. You'll also find that when they are at home on their laptop they will often send texts using the carrier's web site, from which you can usually send texts for free.

Finally, you may have noticed the use of the missed call as a signal. For example, a girl will call her friend and hang up after one ring. The friend will know that she wants to talk but has no phone credit, so she'll call her back because she has an unlimited talk plan for her other number on one of her phones. Or, if you're picking up a girl for a date, for example, you'll give her a missed call when you're downstairs and she'll know to come down to meet you (instead of spending 10 cents to send a text). And so on....

Source: lived in Eastern Europe for 2.5 years.

(08-05-2013 01:36 AM)slubu Wrote:  Of course, we ask MF to call a taxi for us, and she "has no credits on her phone." This is despite making about 6 calls immediately preceding this request to god knows who. When we left the club, Tits used my phone to call the taxi too. Are these girls really that hard up for what probably amounts to a 10c call?

Interesting. I say I think because I thought her name was something else, and it is another phone number not the one she gave me. However I know one of the girls from Friday was named Anastasia, the name she gave me was close, and why would one of the other girls text me and not her?

Not sure what to make of this situation. First, I don't even know for sure it is her. I'm 90% sure it was her, but again, it was a random #. Yet several times we've had girls have multiple phones for some reason.

RE: Hello...Russia
Out of curiosity have you ever gotten the bang in Russia going back to the girls place?
From the stories written I missed where that had led to the same night bang, at least not in Russia. I am thinking you GOT to get them to your place or you might as well kiss them goodbye and seek out other company.Heck bringing you guys back seems like a cheap way for them to get a free ride home on your dime and maybe free breakfast even.

Certainly you score more than average but a rough guide for the average player might be:
a. In province dating is actually cheap so it makes NO sense to actually bring or meet chicks you already know at the club. BCZalgyris method of gong to clubs to meet new chicks is ideal.

b. 1st tier cities dating can be expensive ,even more so than clubs so maybe its ok to bring chicks to club, especially in Ukraine where they don't drink too much. Do dance game with them since alcohol game is less effective.

As for the phone insight: pretty much agree, but in UA and I am sure Russia MOST friends will have the same service so the main reason for the multiple service is a free incoming line. The old sim cards use to NEVER expire so you can basically stick them into an old phone and have a free incoming line. I had this service where it claimed to stay operational for 360 months without EVER having to make a call, etc. I used it for an incoming line.

In USA Lycamobile is a good cheap sim card for players who want a throw awy btw.

Kamaki, no offence but I have to pull you up here. Belarus is not easier than Poland, CR or Hungary and provincial Russia is a great place to go look for decent women. Many here dont do the P4P that you openly advocate. You are doing people a great disservice by giving out useless and misleading 'advice'.

Belarus is completely useless for p4p.I am talking about normal girls.P4p in Belarus is strictly forbidden by Lukashenko. In Belarus province you play serious ball getting immediately into action if you happen to speak Russian.80% of girls are open to buying them drinks compared to a 10% in Poland.

Now the wages in Russia are in many cases higher than the wages in Poland and CR.Europe is overflood with Russian tourists. How many Russian economic immigrants do you know? All come from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova or the -Stans.The point when you were able to defeat Russia is surpassed. Now you spend there more than what you get.

I am with partizan on this.. your generalizations are stifling.
a. Poland is specifically good for Americans-Uk simply because they actually like us and English ability is better but who the fuck measures a population by how eager they are to accept free drinks? That's is one of the most absurd things I have heard. Culturally FSU chicks accept gifts.economics does NOT pLAYy a part. I know FSU immigrants making 250k per year working in medical fields in the US and they also accept gifts. But you falsely assume those 80% Belarus girls will exchange sex for gifts.
b. On paper the Russian economy may seem robust but it isn't, in fact they suffer from same problem resource banana republics often suffer from. Their economy depends on export of natural resources and wealth distribution can't possibly equalized with increased opportunities. Its the same in many middle east countries who will completely collapse once they are not needed or drained dry.
Fact is Russia is a VERY poor country where the government is still subsidizing the economy for many to survive. You have a small very rich population and a small sprinkling of middle class in the large important cities but the majority of people are living in what Americans would call poverty.
bad roads
crumbling infrastructure( only infrastructure that is advanced is the digital tech type like cell phones, internet)
un refrigerated food
multiple generations stuck in one flat
Lack of GOOD medical and dental care.

Try leaving the P4P Kiev clubs one day and go to the outskirts of the provinces. Sure they have nice clothing(often counterfeits) and many cell phones but wealth isn't determined by how much junkie disposable trinkets one acquires. That's what we call ghetto wealth! Real wealth determined by investible assets. I tell my wife this all the time majority FSU they live with ghetto mentality. Everything is about status but they DON'T think of the future. That's part of the reason us foreigners don't do as good as we think we should. Be a white guy go to the ghetto and see if the chicks are going to jump at you because you are not a drug dealer. It doesn't happen. They like their own.
Its when they get a bit more exposure to the non ghetto life that they become more receptive. Prosal is an example..he goes for the non ghetto.

side note: no one is criticizing. P4P is fine nothing wrong with it and I personally had a rule about getting most bang for my buck. In other words if I wanted to get banged by a random chick and it was cheaper than spending going to a night club and getting a hangover that would be my bet.But to me it was just sex..not a GAME I was trying to win at. But realize the rules for p4p and gaming are often different.

Russia is not a very poor country. In fact I doubt you have ever been in Russia.Ukraine is a very poor country.

What slubu experiences now is tge deep Russia.A place not poor by any means.Ukrainian province is extremely poor. The situations in Russia,Ukraine,Belarus are completely different and directly correlated to relative wealth.I made a comparison of Poland,CR,Ukraine,Belarus,Russia regarding opportunities.Girls accepting drinks in slavic Europe are interested the percentages are characteristic. If y ask slubu to make a comparison between Ukraine and Russia he will tell you that Ukraine is better.

Your absolutely right I haven't been , but the Russians actually immigrate to the usa in higher numbers than Ukrainians. Ask them why and most will say economic reasons. Doesn't matter to me that the Russian gov't has more money than Ukraine, what do the people have?

As of last year the official poverty rate in Russia was over 10%. But the line that sets the amount was 220 dollars. You going to tell me that they are NOT poor? In America the poverty line is almost 1000 a month but most avg folks would consider that poor and American gov't supplements those folks with benefits and cost of living in USA is actually cheaper than Russia in some areas.
Sure many Russians have inherited a flat to live in but they are too poor to buy additional flats when family expands or they have to move to a 1st tier city to make better money.
The only thing that makes a Russian citizen richer than a Ukrainian is avg salary is higher in Russian BUT a lot of that gets wiped out by higher living costs. But we are talking average here.
Did you ever learn statistics? mean, medium and mode. Please confirm how much richer the average Russian is who does not live in a 1st tier city. Comparing who has the extra television set or cell phone is trivial.
Also realize the hidden economy in Ukraine is bigger. The gov't is inadequate at getting taxes paid in Ukraine and alot of income goes reported in both countries but Russia has really started enforcing tax compliance.
I never been to Philippines either BUT that doesn't change my opinion that the majority is poor by our western standards. Nor does it change the fact that you tend to go to the 1st tier cites and go to the top center clubs..VERY bad way to judge the pulse of a nation.
There is a saying "Moscow isn't Russia". Same has been said about NYC isn't America.
In any case your pussy economics seems heavily weighted on the trade of currency for pussy.I guess that's your BIG MAC index Wink
(pussy index doesn't work because there are guys in Russia buying pussy at 100 bucks per hour and in NYC you can get a FSU girl as low as 125 an hour and even cheaper if you are Russian and find them in Russian paper.Prices don't reflect countries avg salary or wealth)
Slubu experiences show Ukraine is better for other reasons, many reasons we aren't discussing that have nothing to do with pussy economics. Incidentally Slubu actually hooked up with women who had better incomes in Kiev than in Siberia. Guys report similar action in Moscow(some say Moscow is the best place). Its apples compared to oranges here.
But lets end this debate it is irrelevant.

Tell that to the 70% of the population who struggle to make ends meet on meagre salaries of €600-800 per month (if they are lucky) especially with inflation running on an average of 7% per annum

http://www.inflation.eu/inflation-rates/...-2013.aspx

Inflation for Q1 is also above the European average

http://en.rian.ru/business/20130424/180822794.html

Coupled with an over reliance on natural resources like oil and gas, rampant corruption, falling birthrates, continued political instability in the Cacauses, political inertia, waste, needless bureaucracy and red tape along with an annual capital flight of US$80 billion, things dont look too healthy for the long term prospects of Russia's economy. If you are within the 5% of the upper tier of Russia's political and economic strata then there is nothing to worry about. If there is a sudden shock to the economy, Russia's middle classes who make up approx 20% of the population will get wiped.

But I have been to Russia and smashed birds there and they most certainly do not behave the way you describe them unless you have been meeting semi pros/pros which I suspect the vast majority you have been with are.

For one thing I don't have a love for teen agers who need support that you do so there aren't much changes for me. The age I would probably going for would be women who regardless of Russain or Ukraine would be similar. Its only in the last few years Ukraine has had their nationalistic movement and it is only in the last few years Russia has gotten richer. That doesn't change mentality of normal girls who already were adults 5 years ago or ten years ago.
I am Russian so yeah I pretty much know there mentality and I actually have family in Moscow and transneister as well( my ancestry is from Volgograd btw, then Ukraine) so I would say I am pretty hip on what a normal girl wants, but I think Prosal spelled it out( romance, culture, a real man, etc) but you are speaking whores so I can only assume that what they want has NOT changed in 1000 years..oldest profession and all.
Btw i see new immigrants from Russia every week..after all I live in the biggest FSU commmunity outside of the FSU... they don't seem that different than before. What makes you assume that when I was at my bank the other day I didn't chat with the girl from ROstov na Don or when I went to T.J MAX I didn't flirt with the recent girl from Murmansk or even the chick who helped me at staples who was from Uzbekistan? You love generalizations and you also love assuming things to prove your generalizations.
How about 2 weeks ago at Apple-bees the 18-21 year old Russian blond hostess who specifically came up to my wife and shyly whispered how "good looking I was". my wife got upset because she couldn't believe the chick directly told her that and then checked me out the whole evening(that happens a lot in Ukraine but very rarely a young chick will come over and compliment in America ).

BTw I technically smashed more Russians than Ukrainians because:
a. my past usa gf's were Russians or considered themselves Russians like most Ukrainians tend to who are above age of 30 now.My wife for example is technically Odessan but she considers herself Russian. The whole 2005 nationalistic bs didn't affect Odessa. They still consider themselves Russians(don't care what the under 25 brainwashed from tv consider them selves.
b. In Kiev when I WORKED when i look back the snobby Kievian weren't the ones I dated. I t was immigrants from Ukrainian provinces and Russian provinces. Kiev has many Russian citizens working and living there.
c. based on your lack of current FSU reports you yourself haven't spent much time in Russia provinces or the FSU lately. You are also talking about glory days of girls accepting LESS for sex.You also only ever go for small trips..not the best way to learn about them.
d. i said lets drop it... no point arguing. Makes me wonder if we really did meet a decade ago in 111 and you were the Greek guy who use to look for p4p. I assure you I only winged with other Americans, UK's and a French guy, but there was a famous Greek guy who use to have a harem.

That being said....there is nothing wrong with making pussy completely an economic thing. If that floats your boat then greatt. I myself am all for p4p WHEN its the best choice.

"So if you never have been to Russia why are you talking about it?"
I don't need to see dinosaurs to know they once existed existed.
I never have been burned but I know to avoid fire.
Don't your clergy talk about heaven and hell? have they been there?

Why? Are salaries in Poland above the 600-800 euro range? And Russia has Moscow at least where big money can be made Poland does not have anything like that. How many Russians do you know who work menial jobs in the West compared to Poles? And unemployment in Russia is below 5% compared to 14% in Poland.

This part I definitely do not agree with. Adopting some of the local playing rules is sometimes good for your game...but don't try to become a slav. They are their own worst enemy when it comes to women sometimes. Besides that, pretending to be a slav is still pretending. It's like being a wigger... and being a wigger is not cool at all.

I find it best to take the best of the slav game, those aspects which the slavic female is groomed to like and most importantly respect... being manly, direct and uncompromising ....... and combining it with the qualities of the western male... humour, intelligence, culture, empathy, sentimentality and sensitivity at the right moments, ect.

As usual, your mileage may vary, I just talk from my own experience. We all have our own methods, and I'm happier and more successful sticking to mines.

I have always thought that when travelling, the best game is contrast game. Women are exposed to their men all the time, so you need to be a different/refreshing. Also if you're going to be caveman, I would think it's best if you have the physical talent(s) to back it up for real if shit goes south.

Why? Are salaries in Poland above the 600-800 euro range? And Russia has Moscow at least where big money can be made Poland does not have anything like that. How many Russians do you know who work menial jobs in the West compared to Poles? And unemployment in Russia is below 5% compared to 14% in Poland.

Why? For the reasons I have outlined above. Any comparison with Poland and Russia is like comparing chalk and cheese in terms of everything. Moscow does have the wealth but Russia's wealth is so lopsided and unequal, it has to be seen to be believed. That wealth inequality (or the extent of it) does not exist in Poland.

True there are not many Russians doing menial jobs in the West but that s because of a number of factors. 1) Unlike Poland, Russia is not an EU country so Russians automatically are excluded from the EU market for obvious reasons. 2) Any Russian with the means and skillset is gone or is in the process of leaving. Corruption, economic/political inertia, inadequate provision of services etc. is not a major selling point. I have talked to quite a few educated Russians who have expressed their desire to leave and a number of them have done so. 3) Poland dos not suffer from the ills of an economy over reliant on natural resources, i.e. ballooning public spending, inflation, high cost of living, societal inequality that Russia does.

Moscow has always acted as a defacto city state even in the USSR days, moreso in the 1990s when the city acted as a giant bloodsucking leach, sucking the life out of the economically moribund provinces. Moscow is still the place to go but even there, beneath the veneer of oppulance and wealth, there lies the same inherent problems within Russian society. Roosh nailed in it in Bang Ukraine when he described Ukrainian society as like peeling off the layers of an onion, you get a different picture as you go further. Russia, especially its provinces suffers from this but with an extra lick of paint.

Exactly....I wonder if its a fail of a tax and revenue system that leaves the funds in Moscow and St Petes hands. In America every city and town raises its own revenue. Just like in Soviet times most spending is on the 1st tier cities. Same think in Ukraine.
FSU imigrants don't have the right to work in EU or overseas unless they immigrant so how can a comparison be made?( Ukrainians can get work visas to work in other western countries even more easier due to close ties).
Russians are forced to move to tier 1 cities but most don't want to or have the capability to do so. The housing bubble assures this will always remain an issue. If a provincial Russian chick actually moves to Moscow and gets a middle class salary she will often still live like a dog due to not owning a flat or affording the high rent. The "own their own flat "culture they have is thus a double edged sword. At least in the west you can move to another city get a job and usually afford rent, but in Russia it doesn't work out that way.
Lack of trust in the banking system doesn't help...the rich send the money outside of the country. In the end their end game is often(if Jewish) to retire in Isreal ,etc. It should be no wonder Moscow is often supporting regimes around the world who buy their military equipment.
Despite what Putin thinks Russia will NOT be an economic powerhouse i n the future.
You should pay attention to whats going on in the world....America(with Canada's help) will actually be able to partly destabilize Russia in the future with oil and gas exports(all of Opec probably). What will happen is that Russia will have to lower prices tremendously. China will win in this scenario but Russia will be crippled by the lower prices. That's one of the reasons they are flexing their muscles at the moment. The BEAR always roars when his back is to the wall.

RE: Hello...Russia
This thread has been derailed by a couple members arguing over petty things. If you guys are gonna talk Russian economy why not open a new thread? For now let's stick to Slubu's field reports and observations on dating culture. I know I am very keen on these as I am planning a trip to 2nd tier Siberian cities and then Kaliningrad in early 2014.

A BRIC summit is held to discuss how and when to unseat the US dollar as a global reserve currency. After days of deliberations the leaders of the BRIC countries decide to go and ask God about the prospects of their currencies on becoming the next global reserve currency.

The first to go is Dilma Rousseff (the president of Brazil) – she asks God when will the Real become a reserve currency. A few minutes later she returns crying. Her RIC colleagues ask her ‘what happened?’ ‘God said I will not live to see that’ she explained.

Manmohan Singh (the PM of India) goes to ask God when will the Indian Rupee become a global reserve currency. Just like Dilma Rousseff he returns crying after a few minutes. God told him that the Rupee won’t become a reserve currency in His lifetime.

Xi Jinping (the General Secretary of the Chinese-Com-Party) goes through the same experience.

Then Putin goes to God. A few minutes later Putin returns completely calm. The others ask him what happened, and Putin replies: ‘I asked God when will the Rouble become a global reserve currency… and God started to cry. I asked Him what happened, and He told me this will not happen in his lifetime…’
