Ok there's cheat day then there's cheat MONTH or probably year in this one's case. You don't just have a few months off here and there. The whole point of log term health and quality of life is consistency and this is especially true when it comes to your diet.

This gives you an insight into the fat psyche. Rationalising that eating like a pig and stuffing face with garbage is normal and should be accepted.

I've met a few couples with odd couplings, either:
- young thin goodlooking guy older female
- young thin goodlooking guy fat female
- young thin goodlooking guy psycho female

And the common denominator, after thinking about it, is that none of these young guys looked like they lifted weights.

I imagine any guy who lifts weights will take one look an unpleasant woman and say, 'Nah, I'd rather hit the squat rack.'
