Most people dont know how to be good friends, they make shitty friends. I get pissed when someone tells me something after the fact, especially if I asked people directly if this was the case or not. Like someone saying, "dude you were getting fat!" after I lost the weight. WTF?! Tell me while its happening not when the coast is clear. I couldnt see that I was letting myself go, its your job to tell me.

I lose respect when I find out I cant trust someone to be honest with me. If they get mad at you for being honest then good riddance, Why would you want to be around someone you have to put up a facade for? Thats like hanging out with office chums you have to be politically correct with 24/7.

If you cant tell me Im getting fat, dating an ugly chick, with a girl whose no good for me, about to go out looking like a retard, or when Im doing something stupid, what good are you? What a shitty fucking friend. Dont be that shitty bro, do what Bacon or Roosh says. Then you've done your part, the ball is in the other persons court.

Personally I like Bacons advice but get yourself drunk, get plastered and be like "I didnt want to say anything but..... " you can always use getting too drunk as a cop out. Personally I think you should be man enough to protect your friends and family from themselves, even if they hate you for it. IT weeds out the ones worth your time from the ones that arent.

I believe in telling friends the truth up straight. But I also believe one should never criticize a man´s work, woman, or choice of friends. All those are his choices, no one elses.

It's a waste of time. Even if she does lose weight because of you, the chances are high she'll cheat with her new-found looks. She'll just remember you as the beta who was a big enough loser to date a fat chick.

I've seem em together tonight and they seem happy. Maybe he really has a fat fetish or just doesn't give a fuck. I don't know, but who am I to impose my views on him. He is old and smart enough to know whats what and if he wants to bang some fluffy square, well, so be it.

I've given this a bit more thought. And I've come to the conclusion that if you really care about your brother, you're going to have to take one for the team.

Go to the supermarket. Spend around $100 and load your room up with Tastycakes, Ho-Ho's, Little Debbies, Ring Dings, Pop-Tarts, Sara Lee cheescakes, Bryers ice cream, Carvel ice cream cakes, etc. Then plant yourself seductively on the bed surrounded by wrappers with cream filling on your lips.

When she walks into your room, she'll go into a frenzy as if it were a guy walking in on three Playboy models. She'll then dive right in -- therefore cheating on your brother and making him have to dump her.

As for you, well, broken ribs heal and scary memories fade. Sometimes.

I think that it really depends on how often you see your brother and how close you are to him. If you haven't seen him for 2 years I would at least wait a little while before telling him.
