+1. Russian girls/women are on the whole definitely more thirsty than their ukrainian cousins -which corresponds to my own tastes, I am myself a rather thirsty guy. From my experience, finding a russian girl who doesn't drink like a cossack, although probably possible, is difficult. Not that I am looking for ))

As for university clubs..they have potential,more so if you are actually young. But my wing and I TRIED IT 10 YEARS AGO. WE NOTICED SOCIAL CIRCLE IS VERY BIG in those types of clubs. The mentality was avoid foreigners. The faculty was teaching them to take care of local guys lol.

The trip is more about meeting up with some old friends (guys) and we just picked to visit Odessa this year. It works best for everyone involved logistically, and same with the dates chosen. Meeting girls while there is not the primary goal, but it certainly won't hurt

Will end of September really be that bad? From what I've read about Odessa on this forum, summer is overrun by tourists, particularly Turks on the hunt, and the university girls have all gone home. My theory is that end of September = tourist season over, and university back in session. We're all young enough to easily fit in with the university crowd.

As for social circles, that can certainly make sense but at least in my experience (like in Kiev), it's easy enough to find groups of 2-3 who are willing to talk and be adventurous. I'm hoping it's the same in Odessa.

Any info on the specific university clubs/bars in Odessa?

I did this style of date on four girls. Two gave it up on the first date. One was 20 and not so great really. One was a cute 26 yr old with a very nice figure. Her being 26 probably made it easier. Yes Roosh, I usually try to get a kiss on the night I meet a girl at club. However, my current girlfriend pulled back when I tried to kiss her the night we met. I agree with you Roosh that you have to log a good amount of facetime.

I've almost been here one month and I'm starting to miss Romania. The girls there were so warm and affectionate compared to Ukrainian girls that now I'm a bit torn about how to proceed. Even the warmest Ukrainian girl can't really compare with an average warmth Romanian, and I really like my girls affectionate and sweet.

I know someone will say "It takes time with a Ukrainian," but even with time, she won't reach the level of Romanian or even Polish. I don't know.

I've been out w/a few in DC recently and while they are sexy as hell and make me feel like I have a supermodel on my arm when they are all dressed up I'm starting to wonder if these girls are more hype then they're worth, and just appealing because they are such a challenge.

Roosh, I sometimes think you have been traveling and trying to work out different locations and women for so long that you may have a hard time finally settling down in one place.

Maybe you need to set up a central base where you can take mini excursions. That way you can build up your social network but still be centrally located to hit other places when you get that itch.

The negatives and challenges of Ukraine, as you describe it, seem to be quite considerable.

Is the quality (looks) of girl you're pulling that much higher than in other nice European countries that it justifies all the hardships? Are you just doing this as a sort of challenge to yourself to prove you can do it and not take the easy way out?

Not sure what the reward is here, since you're presumably fucking cute girls with better attitudes in more agreeable countries[/align]...

This seems like a good sign to me-- you're opening up more emotionally to the women, and appreciating that feminine nurturing side.

The thin elegance of Ukrainian women isn't everything.

I'm soured on Ukraine as well, as I've ranted about elsewhere-- it's different with me as there's sour grapes involved. Ukraine went through massive trauma and devastating casualties in the 20th century-- civil wars, Stalin, WW2-- it's not a place with a lot of softness to it psychologically.

In a way it's an interesting study in contrast with almost surreal physical beauty in the women , yet psychological barrenness in the atmosphere of the place.

Personally guys, I understand why many want to come here as far as the percieved beauty of the women this country has and the stories of days gone by of the wild, wild east...stories of being the exotic foreigner, etc. However, in reality those days are again long gone, I would say after 2000 and especially after 2004 and the Orange Revolution where Kiev was on CNN for nearly one month straight only to be swept off the air literally by the Sunami of January 2005. Can't tell you the amount of dregs, foreigners who came in after, especially when the new government let down the Visa restrictions in the Spring of 2005. Every foreigner had a story, most if not all were/are lies or deep exagerations. Bottom line is we just aren't that special anymore, that's the reality....

I have lived and worked here for 14 years, my first trip here was in 1998. To tell the truth, if I didn't know the country, the mentality and the way things work here so well, if it weren't for finding my niche that I fairly enjoy, being able to make a good living, being self employed with the freedom and flexibility that comes along with it, I would definitely find greener pastures and move elsewhere...........I certainly wouldn't stay or even visit here just for the women, overated in my view and as many on this thread and on other threads about Ukraine have found out for themselves, certainly not worth the trouble, expense and aggravation of coming here.....

It's about your emotional needs and priorities with women.

Roosh has higher emotional needs than Ukrainian chicks are willing or capable of providing in the period of time he is with them. Unless he sticks with one girl for a longer period he is unlikely to get those needs fed there and truth be told his need for affection might never be met in the Ukraine.

I don't believe there is any glory to be gained in flogging a dead horse. If a country doesn't chime with you then move on but make sure you are not looking back on another country and its women through rosé tinted spectacles. I've always stated that I don't understand why people would go to the FSU purely for the women, it must be bloody awful for those guys who do. The people who get the most out of the FSU are the ones who have a deep cultural interest, people who enjoy the arts, language, history etc. of the region. They are the ones who return again and again because they can accept the attitudes as part of the package and their trips aren't dependent solely on banging a lot of women. Moving to second tier Ukraine just for pussy? I'll pass on that thank you. If I was going to move somewhere purely for women I'd go somewhere much much easier and fun than the Ukraine.

It has to be said that Ukrainian women are as good as anywhere in the world looks wise, they are stunning. However you have to ask yourself honestly if you are getting those stunners and top tier chicks there. If you are and you are pulling the stunners ( personally I have never seen a foreigner manage it ) then it might be worth hanging about and compromising on the emotional needs not being met. However if you're only banging 7s like most foreigners then what's the point, you can get those anywhere.

Well I can once again confirm that ONS are possible in Kiev, as my buddy and I did that again last night with a pair of 20yo cousins. However, it was after a bottle of vodka, a bottle of champagne, some absinthe shots, and at the end of the club night, so let's just say the quality could have been much better. I don't know how it's possible but I don't even feel hungover this morning.

As to the Ukrainian girls themselves, I think they are nuts but beautiful. First I've never seen such jealousy in my life. Second, if you want to do something hilarious do a double date with two Ukrainian girls that don't know each other - they morph into huge bitches against each other it's entertaining to watch.

However, do all EE/FSU girls cook and clean for you as they do in Ukraine? Wear heels everywhere? I'm guessing so, but Kiev is the only place I've been to long enough to actually date a girl. I also find it awesome that every girl here knows how to cook when you ask them.

I have a lot of exploring to do in this region, but I'm a huge fan of 1) substantial thinness, 2) light eyes (one girl I'm dating has grey eyes), 3) dresses/heels, 4) white girls. Thus my love of this damn country despite its headaches.
