1. Clubs hire photographers who post pictures on Facebook.
2. Girls go wild tagging themselves in photos they see of themselves posted on the club's Facebook page.(And why not, they're HQ images of themselves dressed well)
3. Tag yourself, then adds the girls who tagged themselves in other photos to your Facebook with a message about the club.
4. Flirt with the girls, get their number, etc.
5. Send a blast message before heading out that they're invited up to your table at the club.
6. Enjoy a harem of girls who flock to your table. Competition breeds success.
This can absolutely be done with a high value Facebook profile.

Most tourists head straight to the centre of Kiev. That place is inundated with hookers and semi-pros and gold diggers. They all go there to find a customer. The problem is that most tourists don't have the balls or the gumption to hit the suburbs where you come across a totally different atmosphere and type of girl. You dont have to go far, take the metro a few stops from the Kreschatic and youre in a different world. Even in Kiev central you can find good women but not in expensive clubs. Find the girls who are not slutting it up in Fire and Ice and instead talk to the girls working in Puzata Hata. The friendly girl in the cafe in the underpass, ask her out. The flower seller by the war memorial, invite her for a drink after work. It's not difficult BUT do you have the patience? The thing is non sluts over there are conservative, more so than Americans or Brits. So you need a few dates or longer. If you're in town for a weekend though will you want to wait that long? Also without Russian you are limited to your choice and so you kind of need the women who speak great English but that brings you back into the centre where English levels are better due to the women being around foreigners more. Once you have conversational Russian the whole game changes because you can be bolder and go further from the commonly trodden path. But the dichotomy is again, it's harder with those good girls because they have values BUT you will find women who aren't all about your wallet and that you can have a deeper connection with.
The reason they do this is time. And travel distance.
If you are coming from say San Diego or Orange County California (or LA or SF), to Kiev, you are in for quite a journey.
I am sure the last thing you want to do is hop on a bus to the suburbs or Kiev.
Or take a train to tier 3 and tier 8 cities in Ukraine.
Which also begs the question, why would you travel half way around the world to hang out in the suburbs?
Some guys may love that, and more power to them.
G if some guy is willing to go to the hassle and expense of flying to Kiev from San Diego or Orange County and then upon arrival cannot be bothered to take a twenty minute metro ride to the suburbs, well then he will get little sympathy from me when he finds nothing but gold diggers and semi-pros.

It comes down to what you're after:
Are you on a week long trip to bang a few girls? If yes then hit the centre where women's morals are more liquid and malleable. If you just want to bang then that is ideal. Hit Vodka bar, go to Dockers, target the girls seated upstairs in the Irish Pub near the Maidan. It's your best chance of getting a quick bang.
If however you have had your fill of those types and see through the bullshit and mind games they play and in all honesty maybe are seeking something more long term than a bang or two, maybe someone to keep on the slow burner long term, then spend your evenings away from those places and take a few stops down the line to suburban stations. It's incredible just how little distance you need to be the only foreigner in the place and to meet a more genuine type of girl ( this is for all FSU capitols ). Your question also implied that the centers are superior to the suburbs. I'd counter that. Centers are overpriced rip offs but with shinier objects in them ( decor and girls ), suburbs are half the price and often less of a fake or posing atmosphere. Win-win.
I do have to emphasize the conservatism though of the more genuine girls in the suburbs or provinces as people need to realise what dating norms they can be up against before dropping cash on a ticket to Europe. Bangs really will take longer and on a week trip probably won't happen at all. Like Prosal said you really need three weeks to start getting it moving along nicely. You have to decide if its worth it to you or not. A recent case in point that is typical of many of the provincial types I have known: I met a Siberian girl from the city of Gorno Altaisk. It took me three dates just to kiss her. Two more to get her to rub my cock under the table in a restaurant. Two more until we were naked together. Three more until we banged. Ten dates spread out over about two weeks. In the UK I usually bang on the first night or second rarely have to wait till the third date. So why go through that, why travel to the FSU for something that can take that long? Well the girl was 23, was studying at Russia's most prestigious university, played the violin to a very high standard, slim, attractive, multi lingual, cultured and charming company. She had also only had four boyfriends and lost her virginity at 18. She also wouldn't answer her phone to anyone when we were out on a date together. Now that the trust is there she is also very open with me sexually and wiling to experiment sexually. So my point is you have to put in more effort with these conservative girls BUT you will find women who are more rounded and genuine than the club types to be found on the Kreschatic and who you'll get more fun from long term.

I'd just add that:
-your Russian needs to be up to snuff if you're going to succeed outside the center.
-you need to know where to go.
-more attention as being the only foreigner in a place has both positives and negatives, like problems with local guys, muggings, etc. although one shouldn't be paranoid, just something to consider.
The center has some other positives and negatives as well:
-Many, if not most women want or expect to see/meet foreigners.
-English levels are higher, although that can be a negative as well. I'm always sceptical when I meet women with exceptionally good English. They, half the time, have some kind of agenda. How did they learn it? At University, languages courses, good jobs with foreign companies, do they come from well to do families? Or did they learn it from talking to guys like you via skype, icq. meeting foreigners in bars? I'm always sceptical when a woman tells me she just learned it on her own, by watching films or some other bullshit.
Anyway, most of the other negatives have been discussed already on this and other threads.

Almost always she will admit to having "one" foreign boyfriend.

Ukrainian women think men who don't at least try to dig in for the truth are naive. She respects you more for doing it.
