I just watched Good Will Hunting for the first time since it came out (I saw it in the theater, haven't seen it since). I HATED it when it first came out, but my opinion has changed a lot, I liked it this time around. After reading the book "No More Mr. Nice Guy" by Dr. Robert Glover (recommended!!!), I appreciate the relationship that Matt Damon had with Ben Affleck and Robin Williams. I kind of wish I had friends like that...well I do have a friend like Ben, but he's in another state way far away.

Was Damon beta in the movie? I mean, he acted tough, but his game was kind of lame but not totally...trashing that one guy was cool, but the "caramels" line was pretty lame IMHO, and he totally fell for Minnie, even if he wouldn't admit it. I mean, if a girl tells you she "loves you" you're IMMEDIATE reaction, no matter how you feel, should be "whatever," which he played well. The message was kind of lame too...the fact that your soul mate would happen to be where you're living (as opposed to anywhere in the world) doesn't impress me, neither does the "I have to see about a girl" shit. Sure, the movie makes you think if the one you're with is THE ONE, but is there really a ONE, and is she the one you're with now? Maybe the red pill hasn't fully absorbed into my body yet, and I still have these dreams of finding a chick that has slept with < 5 guys and will be totally devoted to me and is under 25...but it's great to wish every now and then!

But I wonder if the major point of the movie is the male bonding. It's funny: when I lived in Mass, my friends and I acted like that in the movie, but once I moved to DC it all disappeared. A lot of my friends are married though...

I have kind of a funny story...well I think it's funny but here it goes:

This happened about 4 months ago. I was going through my contacts on my phone and seeing if there were any girls that I could text to get some new pussy.
