Summer is upon us. I've worked hard this winter, got work done, and am looking to kick back a bit. I won't repeat last year's mistake in blowing my entire load in one location (Hvar).

The magic phrase for me this year is: Black Sea



My pussy hunger has been sated a bit compared to previous summers, but I hope to put in a good showing.

So..

-Did anyone hit the Black Sea last year? How was it?
-Is anyone going there this year? We could assemble a Black Sea RVF Crew (I'm a little jealous of the fun the SEA crew is having).

I plan to warm up in Chisinau early June then make my way East, probably Ukraine.

I did Yalta a few years back....far better in terms of less Western Tourists than you get in places like Varna, Odessa, Bourgas etc...and plenty of quality young pussy....problem was extracting them from the family holidays they all too often were part of........Batumi(?) in Georgia might be an interesting punt.

Yeah I hit the eastern shore last year had a good time.

I think KMan knows the western shore as well as anyone on here, hopefully he'll drop some advice on locations and logistics.

I'd say doing a loop from Bulgaria to Georgia via Romania, Ukraine, Russia and Abkhazia would be a fucking awesome bang trip if there were a few of us.

Thinking about doing Golden sands or Sunny beach Bulgaria in July or August. I keep hearing such mixed reviews I feel like its's going to be another Brit stag part location though.

I was in Varna, Bulgaria a few years ago. Wasn't a big fan - tons of British stag parties, and large groups of German high school girls who couldn't be separated from their groups. Some cute local girls but they flaked on my friends more than once.

Also a significant mafia presence in clubs - saw a few street fights break out, the type where one guy steps out of line and 5 or 6 bouncers or other thugs jump him and start pounding his head into the pavement.

The other thing is that there's a couple of clubs near the beach resorts, and a few in the city, but if you want to jump around at night it can get pretty expensive with the cabs and multiple cover charges.

All that being said, the place has potential for those who like those European summer resort type spots, and there's no shortage of fly topless girls at the beach. But the Black Sea water is cold as hell, at least for someone used to the Mediterranean!

Nightlife:
A few clubs in town that I remember (hope this is still relevant, I get the feeling these things change frequently).

Arrogance - fly women, lots of mafia types.
La Playa - nice spot on the beach, fly women, good music, good bar for pickup, probably your best bet when the weathers good.
Xtravaganza - Big club, a few large bars, hired dancers on stages. Also a decent bet, but be careful who's girlfriend your hitting on.

Near the resorts, there's a few large clubs. I can't remember the names, but it's easy just to follow the crowd to whichever. But get ready for lots of drunk British guys and girls stumbling around puking in the bushes.

There's a bunch of bars in town, can't remember any names, but might be better for meeting local women.

Daygame - just walk up and down the beach. There's sometimes pool parties at the resorts near the beach, and a carnival/fair set up in the main area, lots of girls walking around all day. A young crowd (16 - 21).

Strip clubs
We went to two near the resorts, they're terrible. More for the older johns than the younger players. Maybe try the ones in town.

Casinos
Some of the hotels have casinos, and the girls working there are always fine as hell, so play that angle too if you like casinos. Just don't change money there - they'll rip you off on the exchange (they play with euros in most places).

One more tip - the clubs there play 'chalga' music, sort of a Bulgarian pop-disco music, which the locals are either really proud of or can't stand. The best way to open a girl in a club is to ask her
"Is this chalga music?",
and then have her tell you about the artist, or how she can't stand the music, or whatever, and go from there.

Oh, and Russian language will help with some percentage of the locals, and 100% of the cab drivers. Definitely lock down a cabbie first thing.

Avoid Mamaia, Neptun and other crowded beach areas near Constanta, where you'll pay too much for bad hotels.

I´ll probably travel to the Caucasus countries in July. Armenia-Georgia-Azerbaijan, four weeks. On the other hand, a friend has invited me to visit her in Bulgaria, and then there´s also southern Russia, which has been on my list for a long time now (especially Abkhazia and Kalmykia).
So I don´t know where exactly, but I´ll definitely be somewhere around the Black Sea this summer.

You gonna check out anywhere new? Turkey, Georgia, I don't remember seeing that you had gone to Bulgaria? Sounds like it should be a good time. Georgia seems like it may have some talent, but not sure how the beaches are.

In my opinion classic resorts in the Mediterranean are better than Black Sea resorts.There is always this misconception that Black Sea will gather slavic girls from lower incomes with no significant Western European presence but this usually backfires.

Agreed. Many are on family holidays and a significant amount are xenophobic and very wary of foreign cock.

However, I think its worth a trip: Moldova, Oddessa, Crimea....also Check out the Sea of Azov and the city of Mariupol.

Don't expect a huge pussy paradise, but you will have fun.

Mariupol yes, it is worthy.It can hardly be considered a resort but itis the only Donbass city which impressed me with its potential.
The basic principle is that if you choose a cheap resort you will be considered a cheapo by the tourist girls in the resort.If you choose a stagger destination you will be considered a stagger a priori.If you choose a wealthy destination you will be considered a man of importance.Stereotypes play big role.
My guess is that it is easier to get laid in Cannes with Russian girls than in Crimea.

I'm inclined to go along with this opinion.

The only Black Sea I have seen is Odessa, Arcadia has some pretty girls but overall the place is a dump.

I was considering Bulgaria but as Kamaki says perhaps it's rather DLV, cheap tourists on package holidays. Cheap Ukrainian and Russia tourist chicks I can contend with, but not fat British, German, etc.

Even many Ukrainian girls are too snobbish to go to Bulgaria, they prefer Greece, as do the other other hotties, Serbs, Czech, Poles etc.

I've heard the prices are coming down in Greece now.

Sunny Beach has Russian and polish tourists however being there has two crucial disadvantages:
1. You are considered a cheapo by Russian girls for choosing this place
2. The clubbing is completely dominated by English so girls in clubs are likely to view you as a stagger.
For the same reason Balkan girls who reside on Sunny Beach do not view foreigners ppositively.

In Crimea the disadvantages are that girls come either with parents or with boyfriends so they are largely inaccessible. Without Russian one has no luck whatever and even with Russian they do not respond well they are highly suspicious.Crimea is a place for Russian guys to play ball.
That being said Crimea is the place where I saw the highest possible proportion of hottest girls among every resort(80% of the girls were hot sth completely extraordinary in part explained by preselection by vaccation paying boyfriends).What you see in Crimea is not representative of Ukraine.(there is also large Russian presence).

The nightlife in Crimea is concentrated in Yevpatoria in the western side where a different crowd visits and is worth exploring.

My two cents.

As a frequent visitor to Bulgaria (and having lived there) I would advise the following. Stay out of Sunny Beach and Varna for the reasons that Sabra has stated above. I can corroborate on his post. I visited both resorts and I am sad to say, he is 100% spot on. Varna is slightly better than Sunny Beach. Sunny Beach on the other hand is a God awful place, run by the Mafia and overloaded every summer by Brit stags, Germans and every kind of hawkers under the sun looking to rip you off, not to mention Gypsys who are involved in alot of petty crime. In short, Sunny Beach is tourist shithole. Think of the worst trashy resorts you have been to, plant them by the sea, a bit of sun et voila, thats Sunny Beach. Many Bulgarians avoid these places like the plague. If you want the real Bulgarian experience, i.e. places frequented by hot Bulgarian provincial totty, head south along the coast to places like Nesebar, Primorsko, Sozopol, Ahtopol, and Kiten. Not only is it cheaper but the folks there are a lot friendlier and these resorts less trashier then Sunny Beach further north. I was last in Bulgaria in 2010 but I can tell you that these places are hidden nuggets. Places like Primorsko attracts lots of Serbs and Czechs. I met a Bulgarian ex there, a solid 7.5 in Primorsko. Just go.

if you are looking to the eastern shore, you can always check out Sochi and Abkhazia/Georgia. I have never been there but Sochi has not been covered here. Has anyone been there?

I completely concur with this statement.
I am not sure if I can go this summer, but I will keep this thread in mind. I have been there before and know how to get good deals on appartments and places to hang out in that area. Been to Evpatoria at least 7-8 times.
We could rent a car cheap and take girls to beaches off the beaten track - they love it!

The dynamic I have found here in the south of France however is that the Russian tourists are not the girls from provincial places intrigued by foreignness but moneyed types from Pieter and Moscow. The girls I hung around with last week were wearing Gucci dresses and they holidayed in expensive places. They had more than me in reality and so would not be interested in dating - down so to speak. All the Russian tourists I've met have been moneyed so far.

What I am finding however is that there are plenty of Russians working here in tourist kiosks or as nannies etc. who are no doubt looking for access to the world they are on the periphery of.

So would I go to Cannes to bang Russian tourists? If I had money and a decent pad and car, yes, absolutely. But if I was in a 2 star hotel and eating at pizza places would I? Nope, I'd be better off hitting Abkhazia again where I was meeting the right dynamic and where I had more leverage.
