As a 38 year old I am pretty ok with 1-2 rounds compared to before when I`d normally go for 5-6 rounds a night. However, I don`t really see the problem unless it´s your ego talking to you. If you are "fullfiled" with only a few rounds that`s totally ok. It`s the same as with eating, you don`t continue eating when you are full to prove anything. Unless you are going for the steak challenge, which is lame by any means. I have never used condoms, and for sure couldn`t use it now. I`d have more pleassure having a glass of water.

Well, you are right, it has nothing to do with Roosh question, but in fact I answered to a poster who stated (if I understood correctly) that cardio could help to ejaculate faster. That said, to answer you, I think that serious cardio training (and especially rower, which is the most difficult) teaches you the DESIRE and the WILLPOWER to last. Hmm. Well, thinking of it, sports like boxing also. Imagine all the willpower that requires a 12 rounds fight. With a girl, I have the same state of mind than a boxer entering in the ring. I prefer to ejaculate once... then just have intercourse for as long as I want to and not ejaculate a second time. I find the 2nd time weakens me and so then it takes a much longer to bounce back from that into wanting to have sex again.

But if I ejaculate for round 2, 12-24 hours later, or even even up two-three days later, then I can just increase the energy and enjoy it and want to have a lot of sex without ejaculating.

I've never been able to cum quickly, even back when I was a horny teenager. I have to bang a girl until I'm exhausted, take a five minute breather and go at it again. Usually the second round gets me there. Forget cumming a second time in one night. I am the absolute worst for quickies.

I've found that exercise that increases blood flow to your lower extremities and bolstering your testosterone helps. Running or squats and deadlifts. Also, load up on zinc. May be a placebo effect, but I think it helps.

I have this "problem" also. I call it a luxury problem of having had lots of sex with lots of different girls. You get desensitized after a while.

This might be specific to my warped brain, but unless the girl is crushingly hot or dirty it's difficult to finish. I do have a specific look/body type I like (thin) and if she doesn't fit that profile we could be there a while. Have had some GFs where it drove them nuts. Most chicks take it personally. One thing I've noticed that if I've been lazy as shit, haven't worked out in a week, and am feeling soft and low-testosterone, and haven't had sex in a few days I find it's easier to orgasm quickly. It'll be a weak orgasm but doesn't take too long to achieve. I wouldn't trade the rock-solid erection and sexual desire that comes from spending time in the gym for fast orgasms, though.

I suspect there's also a vaginal quality factor. Most obviously a very large, loose vagina is likely to take longer than a tighter one, but there could be subtler factors as well (texture, lubricants, etc.).

It dawned on me late last year that my horniness levels are on the decline. Getting random boners through the day like I did in my youth is pretty much a thing of the past. I think the younger generations with readily available p0rn are going to be screwed (so to speak).

But this is good news for us that didn't grow up with it.
