Its most likely that her father was young when she was growing up, so she's the type of woman that doesn't like older guys because of that.

Usually, women who had older fathers growing up like older men.

Really lots of younger girls LOVE older men, its just that there are also lots of younger girls that don't. So if you don't worry about your age, and just say it like its a natural thing, if she likes older guys you'll get her most likely.

Ask them to guess...like you did. Then, when she says "22" or "30" or whatever it is that's younger than your real age....look at her kind of like you're impressed and say "wow I'm impressed...that's awesome." or some such.....then, maybe hold up your fist for a fist bump. This creates the impression that she guessed your age right and you are just saying you're impressed and not outright lying. Then, immediately say...how old are you? Im 42 and I live in beach town in So Cal where we are constantly getting solicitors coming to the door asking for or selling one thing or another. Sometimes it's a worthy cause but very often it's some type of scam so I long ago posted a "no solicitors" sign at my front gate. Disclosing age when being an older man is a double edged sword. I'm 37, but look 25-28. No one, not even men believe my age when I tell them. They're mystified and think I'm fucking with their heads.

But there has been times when I've been discriminated by women who thought I was younger. So now, if i sense that a girl will hate on my age, I lie.

Okay, this is gonna be easy I think.
So, a little while later as I come back from the bathroom and Im sitting down...we again exchange eye contact. I am sitting still in front of her and turning around in my chair looking behind me to face her.....kind of have to twist my neck sideways to chat with her...."is that a good laptop I query....motioning her to take her headphones off which she does. She says "sir?" ( immediately throws me a little ) So...we banter about her apple air for 2 minutes per Roosh elder chat. I start asking her about her studies...I drop bait...she doesn't ask me about myself. I ask her more about herself and comment on it...dropping a little more bait. No bites. After a few more minutes of mostly asking her questions....I'm sensing a ' I wish he would quit talking to me' vibe from her. Meh...Honestly I think you might be reading too much into it. I wouldn't worry too much about it (or any single approach/set). If there's anything I've learned is it's all just a numbers game. Is there ANYTHING you could have done or said that might have made it work?...Maybe, but maybe not.

Sounds like a good spot though so I'd go back and keep approaching. For me (Im 42) I have better luck just going direct with younger women especially if I'm getting ANY IOI's before approaching.
