Just tell them to suck it. I only had 3 girls in my life refuse to give me head. No, getting a blowjob with a condom is just ridiculous. When I was new to this whole thing I actually did it and the girl told me "I'm not giving you a blowjob with a condom, take it off". Chance of STD without a condom from oral is very low.
