Total opposite from LA, and I can't speak of in NYC from not having enough time, but they did love my accent and were open to conversation. And that's all I need. But the novelty factor can run out quick, as we all know.

@Ali - Don't want to hijack this thread so maybe you can PM me. Is there a good Tampa data sheet that you know of? I may consider a trip there in the near future. I don't know anything about it though. How is it laid out? Where is the strip/hotspots and good areas?

Like you said, I gain nothing by pushing more sausage into LA or away from New York. But I do think it's good for guys to hear something besides the New-York-is-a-player's-paradise talking points that are out there. In the end, it may be as simple as it depends on what your game and demographic to determine which city is better for you. That's my honest appraisal, despite my leanings toward Los Angeles over New York. As much as I've enjoyed shitting on New York in this thread, I've acknowledged its high caliber of chicks and game potential throughout.

This lovely place is called co-op city in the Bronx. When you drive in to NY from CT this is the first indication you are in the city and things are going to get shitty which pretty much continues half way through New Jersey. On the way back there's a line of garbage that stops as soon as you hit the CT state line. It literally goes from shithole to nice in 100 yards.

Fairly typical Latinas for LA. There are cuter ones of course, but the bulk of them are uninspiring, if not overweight. I know this is a ridiculously small sample, which is why I will take more photos in the future and post them. As I keep saying, this 'hot latina' thing is mostly myth in LA, especially if you're narrowing it to Latinas that you actually have a shot at banging.

Bonus story: I was in that venue, talking to a tanned white girl. We part ways, she's a few feet behind me. She's trying to walk to the front, but gets bumped by the crowd into these three Hispanic girls standing around a table. Out of the corner of my eye, I see the white girl apologizing, and all of a sudden, within seconds, the white girl is crouched on the floor, hands desperately protecting her head, and the Hispanic girls are whaling on her, furiously throwing punches to her head - first time I had seen something like that. Other Hispanic chicks run in to back them up, as well as some Hispanic dudes, but I didn't see the dudes throwing any punches or anything. The dudes overall seem pretty calm. I ended up restraining one girl, though the bar staff got a handle on the beating pretty quick.

If a girl here is Hispanic, and not whitewashed, the odds that they are fucking nuts is way way higher than among black, white, or Asian girls, at least the ones you'll find in the same venues. I find the 'value proposition' for Latina girls here to be generally low. FWIW, the hottest girl in the venue looked Hispanic, but racially white.

You have to admit that this kind of shit is a common sight in New York. As is a trail of angry sausage waiting outside of a club. My point hasn't been to make LA seem like a paradise (though I've jokingly portrayed it that way), it's to say NY isn't either.

   

Speaking on a hypothetical level, I've often imagined what those fat, sometimes ghetto, Latinas in SoCal would be like if they all suddenly lost a shit-ton of weight collectively. It would really change things. I guess that gets us into a fantasy scenario that is very unlikely to ever happen.

That is a great point.

No where is nightlife more "stiff" than in Los Angeles. Maybe OC and San Diego are on par.

(Might have something do to with poor logistics and early last call?)

People just pose in those cities.

It is such a difference when you go to Miami Beach or NYC. People are having fun. Dancing. Laughing. Enjoying life.

And no where are people as glued to their phones as in LA, OC, and SD.

The more I think about it, Los Angeles represents everything terrible in American nightlife.
