I treat snapchat like other people treat Instagram. It's useful if you live a certain lifestyle but don't want only girls who are interested or your close friends to know about it(and wanting said information to disappear in a way after 24 hours[yes I know it doesn't truly disappear, but I'd prefer it not to be in the public eye for another reason so fair weather friends don't mooch off me]).

It's why I put most of the fun stuff I do on there. I see no issue with it just don't ever respond or look at snaps chicks send you or their stories. Thing is you can make sure not to give them attention on it, but it's in their attention whoring nature to look at yours.

Awhile ago the app would display when the user last logged in, and I noticed that when I did a lot of swiping, eventually all the girls it showed me hadn't logged in for days or weeks. Makes sense; it presents the recently active users first, but those run out.

Now it no longer shows when the user last logged in. So how do you know if you've run out of active users and you're wasting your time swiping on girls who don't use the thing anymore? If anyone has gone on a super cold streak, swiping your finger off but getting no matches, this could explain why.

Makes sense, I can swich my area somewhere else and get a bunch of matches but here in NY (you know where I actually live...) I cant seem to get anything, I tested it on OKC and I get matches so I think somethings up with Tinder.

It appears that Tinder withholds showing the most attractive women on the app until after you've used your 5 free daily super likes (on tinder plus). Once you've used up your free super likes, it shows you a much more attractive set of girls, at least I'm find this to be generally true. I still see cute girls when I have my remaining superlikes, but they're obviously trying to get you to buy superlikes by showing the more popular women when you have to pay for that.

Spammed out the max amount of likes both days and I've been getting a fuck load of matches. Back when I quit this app I was getting maybe 2-3 matches a day, and maybe one would respond. Over the last 3 days I've gotten over 90 matches, with 30-50% response rates. And remember, i'm in the USA. I have no idea what is going on, but I'm going to take advantage of whatever the fuck God just dropped into my lap.

True that. Just changed the picture (I have only one pic) and got more matches than I can handle. Almost all girls replied. Remains to be seen how far will it get me. If it does, I'll update you guys.

Yes. Tinder does withhold better looking girls.
For a brief period,I can't remember what version, tinder had search options to show closest, better fit and most attractive.
That version seemed to quickly disappear and I notice that the uglier girls show up first before the attractive ones.
