I don't think the solution is to No Fap. I think you just need to control it and don't do it too much. Everyone is different, soup can fap away every day and still have the drive to go out and get laid. For me, more than 2-3 times per week and it begins to affect my motivation. If I jack off the day before a date, same thing. Roosh talks about this extensively...

This is true, your body and mind knows when you have ejaculated inside a woman vs jacking off and you don't get the same reward. When you are fucking girls you give off something that other women pick up on. It's a LOT easier to get more women once you are banging one.

People who can't handle no fap sound like male hamsters.
