Ive ran into a lot of girls that have gotten really big into becoming gym rats.
A couple of them have even started doing it competitively.. i like it when girls hit the gym hard.
but i can admit.. theres a point where i dont know if i wanna smash... or challenge to a fight

theres been a couple occasions when other "less" fit girls figure out im on good terms with chicks like this.. they get really jealous.
Chicks will constantly say.. they dont wanna go to the gym.. or dont wanna lift weights because they thing theyll end up looking like she hulk.
But i think deep down they know that they just dont have the heart to do any real work in the gym

this is opinion of course.
But i think that it really comes down to the legs.
A lot of girls can built up really toned abs and arms.
they can do squats for days and have nice meaty muscular asses.
But when their legs start getting buff and lose to much fat/ to much vasularity in their hands
.. it becomes much harder to keep the feminine look going

There's a lot of projection and mental illness going on with girls who get heavy into lifting. Feels like their thought goes "I like buff lean men with muscles, therefore surely men like lean women with muscle mass!" and then some women overdo it in the typical female fashion, become unattractive she-hulks and tell you to man up and that you can't handle a REAL strong independant woman. A bit of lifting focus on the legs and abs is ok, but when some women become men with tits it's just disgusting. Even more disgusting are their enablers on bodybuilding forums who keep telling them how good they look, focusing more on the effort and work it took her to get there rather than on the issue if she's actually still attractive.

I mean I get the slobbering over fitness chicks, bjt realize those are perfectly staged selective photos with good lighting and angles. Have any of you people saw an actual fitness chick in real life? The ones who have big shoulders and a big back and lats? It's pretty disgusting and offputting. Even the ones who do it very lightly, when the back and shoulders grow you always get this very weird sensation that yeah they look nice but there's just something unfeminine and wrong about them.

When you touch to much muscles on a women, it feels like you are touching a man! For me, in the bedroom it became a turn off! (Erection problems).
