Something sure is fishy about the case:

Single yuppie mom with assault rifles - teaching kid with obvious mental problems, a kid she tells babysitters not to turn their back on, how to use them. Soooo, we're supposed to believe this kid is unstable and dangerous yet she teaches to to use guns and allows him to sit in a basement playing "Call of Duty" non-stop? Makes no sense.

Regardless of the above-mentioned "warning," all character witnesses at first said he never seemed like the dangerous type - just quiet and shy and extremely intelligent. Now all these people are making statements about how it was no surprise, he seemed evil, etc. Hard to find a middle road here - this could be just a bias that came out after the shooting sunk in, but seems strange and extremely contradicting.

Military-like shooting skills.

Computer hard drives found at the house purposely damaged as to be unreadable, and pigs said he knew what he was doing. What the hell was he hiding?

"Motive" for shooting up the school is his mom working there, but the school claims no record of her working there.

Condition where he feels no pain??!!! wtf is that

No recent photos of the shooter. Seem to be absolutely nonexistent.

Everyone who used to know him says he virtually dropped off the face of the earth in recent years.

A 2nd man in camo found running into the woods near the school is given little to no mention.

And why even bother with all the assault gear if you're just planning to pick off small, defenseless children and then off yourself before the pigs can?

Call me crazy, but if you've done any reading up on MK-Ultra, there's a lot of flags here...Nothing substantial, of course, but the entire thing reeks of something bizarre going on - if you can get any more bizarre than some nut-case doing such a god-awful thing, that is...

lol Clown all you want, but all the tidbits I mentioned above are gleaned from an assortment of mainstream media sources rather than conspiracy websites. I'm not saying any conclusions can be drawn from them, especially given what seems to be shitty coverage of this case, but you must admit it's all a bit eyebrow-raising.

As for MK-Ultra, the fact that mind control experiments have been performed on innocent US citizens is well-documented and admitted by the powers that be. Not to mention that the idea of "false-flag" attacks against American citizens in the name of political agendas have also been considered and "supposedly" rejected by our gov - this is also documented and admitted by the CIA. They've also been caught in the act doing it time and time again to other "friendly" nations to achieve their causes around the globe.

But of course they'd NEVER do it to us now - nah, that was the "old" CIA... Dodgy

Perhaps to jump to conclusions on this case so early is hasty. I readily admit that. But to shame anyone who mentions these types of things as a conspiracy theorist is not only far too easy but naive. It's absolutely insane to believe that tyranny was only possible in the past, or that only foreign governments would manipulate their people.

I've actually always found it pretty surprising that with so many intelligent men and supposed "red-pill" thinkers on this forum that theories like this of any kind are so unanimously and aggressively rejected without a second glance. Lots of readers here; surely some of you have taken a look at the existing literature.

The thing that seems weird to me is the fact that it took the cops 20 minutes to respond.

I guess we shouldn't be shocked. NRA Chief Exec Wayne LaPierre blames Hollywood and media, and believes the solution to this problem is putting more guns into the hands of good guys!

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2012/12/...snhp&pos=1

Would having armed police or guards patrolling the halls of schools prevented this attack. Probably (the real problem is perhaps not having personnel at entrances, where anyone entering that isn't a teacher or student can be checked - there are schools with metal detectors and guards, etc.), but do we REALLY want our kids under armed guard? In a way, we'd feel they were safer, but at the same time, have things changed so much that we want them to see that up close so young?

As a New Yorker, the difference in the city pre and post-9/11 are telling. Seeing police tactical units, with automatic weapons, SWAT-like gear and helmets, and in some cases dogs was a major change. You never really saw those kinds of units before. We also had National Guardsmen at train and bus terminals. Other parts of the world are used to seeing paramilitary-style police patroling their streets, and in the case of places like Israel, who have always dealt with terrorism, having military patrolling their airports. Americans weren't used to that. It would sadden me to have armed guards in schools. I think there are other measures that could be taken before we get to that point.

Ah, got you.

Well, then I'll bite.

I'd argue that while not everyone here is intelligent (by any means), a lot of guys on this forum are more intelligent than the general population. We do have a pretty good gathering of minds here, and there's a lot more to this forum than a bunch of guys getting pussy.

For instance, my main focus on this forum is trading ideas about lifestyle and travel and, yes, life philosophy; the game section was always secondary to me and for a long time I avoided that sub-forum completely. Even now I rarely visit. I also know I'm not the only guy here like that.

Consider that whenever I'm looking for info on just about anything online, one of the first things I do is automatically google "Rooshvforum.com + (topic I want to learn about)." This search usually provides some of the best resources and perspectives I can hope to find. With the broad scope of the internet and the sheer number of minds that distribute their thoughts online, that really says a lot...

As for "red pill," yes, I'm quite familiar with where the term comes from and what it means.

You may see it as just another PUA term, but it may be that you're the one underestimating the manosphere. Language is a complex thing, and it's constantly evolving. PUA terminology is a shared language among a group of men with shared views; there's a real psychology behind the things they say to each other, and a sociologist could have a field day writing about the true meaning behind even the simplest of terms.

Taking the "red pill," even just as far as male/female dynamics are concerned, requires stepping out of the box and realizing the entire paradigm society handed you is wrong. For a lot of men it requires accepting a whole new take on reality.

That's not an easy leap for most people.

And once a man grasps that, it's inherent in the way he uses the term that he prides himself on the ability to take that leap while others still live in the dark. On the ability to see below the surface.

I simply meant that since most on this forum fancy themselves out-of-the-box thinkers who see through a lot of society's bullshit, it really surprises me to see the same men so hesitant to consider other ways mainstream society lives with the blinders on. It surprises me even more when they're quick to ridicule someone who thinks different than them rather than stepping back and recognizing that there may still be additional layers to the world they haven't yet peeled back.

"I am wiser than this man, for neither of us appears to know anything great and good; but he fancies he knows something, although he knows nothing; whereas I, as I do not know anything, so I do not fancy I do. In this trifling particular, then, I appear to be wiser than he, because I do not fancy I know what I do not know." - Socrates, rough translation from Plato's Apology

There are a lot of people in the manosphere who engage in just as much group-think as other citizens even while under the auspices of being a group of independent thinkers. I accept that's a dynamic associated with any sub-culture, if you can even call the manosphere a sub-culture, but I still take issue with it.

And when people are outright shamed for discussing new ideas, I still can't help but get irritated and rant a little. It's one thing to intelligently discuss why a strange idea is wrong. It's another to heckle it, drawing on the comfort that most of your peers agree with you to just shoot it down - not exactly a courageous contribution.

I referenced the "red-pill" in the way I did to bring attention to this type of hypocrisy. I did so in such a subtle, offhand way because I wasn't prepared to all-out rant about it and figured that others who understood this dynamic could read between the lines as they saw fit. I'm perfectly comfortable with just moving on after I call it like I see it and accepting that it's a part of life.

But since you called me out, there it is. Smile

It does seem a little strange this guy is laughing and smiling one minute, and then had to get into character to speak to the press. The day after his kid was killed.

Few men do this, that's why I say we are generally not that intelligent.

Most of us are slaves to the system.

It doesn't surprise me because I know most men are afraid to think different, afraid to go against the majority, its easier to do as your told and not question reality.

Only a minority of men live free.

Yes, a bit trollish (hey, it's my birthday today, lemme joke a bit) but with a certain logic also.

The availability of guns in the US is just too big. Seriously, if I wanted a gun in Holland it would take me at least a few days to get one and I know some really dodgy characters. I would have to approach and ask them to stick their necks out and bring me in contact with even shadier guys. We're talking underworld/ heavy criminals here. Then I would probably have to prove that i'm not a cop. And for sure they would ask me what I need the gun for since they don't want to the guy who sold a gun to a child killer and end up in jail themselves.

All in all, it would take me a long time just to get an old revolver with a few bullets. Now think of the same situation and then with a teenager who doesn't have a small entrance to semi-criminals. He would not be able to find any gun for maybe weeks or possibly months.

Compare this to unlimited ammo and the semi-machine guns readily available in the US.

This guy appears to be on drugs, seriously, what the fuck is he talking about?

P.D. Tell Beyonce to shut up and dance. The U.S. populace is so stupid, Hollywood can drag out these empty-headed, industry manfactured personalities to tell people how to think and what to feel.

You can't convert those who don't want to be to converted, and let's face it, for most of these guys the "red pill" was just a prop in a movie.

Their own government admitted that the "Gulf of Tonkin incident", which led to the Vietnam War, was a false flag operation, and that the events surrounding JFK's assassination was in fact a conspiracy, but people want to believe that their government always tells them the truth. This particular fallacy is probably deep-rooted in the fact that since most of these officials look like them, they'd only have their best interests at heart.

It is what it is.

The same guy who believes that some fat guy invented electricity while flying a kite with a key attached to it during a thunderstorm, is the same guy who calls you a wackjob because you question the clearly odd behavior of a man whose six-year old daughter has supposedly been gunned down the day before, in addition to the myriad of inconsistencies related to the incident.

I agree. The "red pill" is a bunch of bullshit. No one cares about the truth. No one cares about the realities of the world. No one cares about exposing the lies and misconceptions of the world.

We just wanna bang pussy. Most of would take the "blue pill" if it meant more pussy for us.

In fact, I think most of the guys on this forum are "blue pill" on every subject except marriage.
