Who are your most important Game-Gurus?
Just wondering, what people's Internet-game-advice you guys value the most or think is most useful.
Please don't answer if you are still a newbie.

Here's a list of people of which I think are worthwhile:

- Uncle Roosh (mandatory ass-kissing Wink
- Victor Pride
- Danger and Play
- "Brian" (from an old "Interviews with Dating-Gurus" episode by D. DeAngelo, this guy resonates with me somehow.)
- DeAngelo himself, part of his products at least.

The rest, including all those other fancy Buy-our-DVD-program guys (Love Systems etc.), wear a fuzzy hat and blinking shirt guys (Old school PUA), I approach 100 girls a day guys (Adam Lyons, Krauser, etc.), etc. I consider mostly a waste of time, although there's some good stuff here and there.

What DeAngelo stuff did you like? I watched some of his DVD set and while there were some great bits in there it seemed painfully stretched out and long-winded.

Yeah, it pissed me off so much because there were some golden nuggets that I still use / find relevant to this day. But man did you ever have to trudge through. Some shit!

It was over ten hours of footage I think. It's especially boring if you're not a complete noob since you'll know 90% of what he's saying already. Anyone know of a good summary?

Krauser
And Steve Jabba I think he's going to be big in the future, definitely offering the most refreshing advice i'v heard in a while.

@Caligula: The two things about David D that really helped me were his beliefs on cocky funny (just that concept itself was foreign to me) and creating your own reality. On the latter, I specifically remember just deciding I was going to answer whatever questions I wanted on a date. I did just that and ended up having sex with the girl, and that blew my mind. His PDF is a decent summary, as I know those DVDs are insanely long and overdrawn out material.

RE: Who are your most important Game-Gurus?
I first became aware of game after stumbling upon Roosh and Roissy's blogs, that is what built up my basic red pill mindset.

Then I started acquiring books:

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
Bang by Roosh V.
Day Bang by Roosh V.
Sperm Wars by Robin Baker
The Red Queen by Matt Ridley
Make Her Chase You by Tynan
Secrets of the 'A' Game by Logan Edwards
The Art of the Approach by Logan Edwards
The Layguide by Tony Clink
Psychology: The Influence of Persuasion by Robert Cialdini
The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene
The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene

I've never read anything by Neil Strauss or Mystery. Most of the above books I read over the course of about six months.

Also, I've obviously learned a lot of moves from this forum. Especially from that crazy Greek dude living in Florida. Laugh

If you can summarize it briefly..

I'll try. Basically the world is whatever you want to see it as, and you are the director and everyone else is just there to support your vision of the world. You think it's ok to slap girls on the ass upon meeting them? Then it is. She asks you what you want out of this relationship and you say let's go to Chipotle, that's allowed. You can do whatever you want and it will get accepted so long as you actually believe it too and hold that strong ass frame.

I have a friend that randomly when talking to a girl grabs her tits and squeezes them, in public in front of her friends and others. He never gets called out for it. The reactions vary from nothing to mouths open and gaping but in a laughable I just can't believe he did that way. Why? Because his frame is strong enough and he truly believes it's ok to do so, that she falls into that frame.

It's easier to practice and implement the verbal type realities (answering questions you want) than the physical ones (slapping ass, grabbing tits), but it's possible. I've seen it done. You have to be damn congruent though.

Blueprint by Tyler Durden
Roosh
Roissy
F. Roger Devlin (more social analysis than game)
David DeAngelo
Style (more for getting into it than specific techniques)

I feel like progress for someone beyond the beginner stage is not going to come from a seduction book per se. It's about cultivating your masculinity, developing your style, looking your best, enhancing your voice and body language, and actively changing your personality for the better. Find wingmen who like bedding strange women, work your circles, find hobbies that engage you and are socially rewarding. Figure out a gimmick that can get you laid with ease.

My dad - also a playboy
my mom - encouraged me to be a playboy
me grandparents - encouraged me to be a playboy
my brother - playboy

That was all I had until about 4 years ago when I discovered The G Manifesto. Then one day G linked to Roosh's blog. The rest is history. Now, you all are my game gurus.

Props to Roosh, he has inspired me alot.

My mother was mostly out of the picture about the time developing game became necessary. All of my grandparents died before I became a teenager.

Jon Sinn of sinnsofattraction.blogspot.com
and Derek Cajun of Lovesystems are two other good fucking gurus who haven't been mentioned.

It has to be said, a disproportionate fraction of the top guys are above average looking dudes or are tall.

That plus a globe trotting, seminar teaching lifestyle plus good logistics (hotel two blocks away) will make the game a whole lot easier.

Back when Mark Manson was "Entropy" and was full in the PUA scene, his blog entropypua was really good and had really good game related info. I'm not sure if all of those past posts got transfered over to postmasculine, but I'm guessing a lot of them didn't.

Also, Peachez from Keys to the VIP has got great game wisdom, unfortunately the only vid I can find of him is from mensroom.tv season 2, definitely a great interview and worth the $3 dollars.

I need to use the Internet Wayback Machine, archive.org or whatever it is, to try and peep the posts of some now-deceased manosphere/game blogs.

A lot of RVF users have been weeping regarding the demise of several popular blogs recently, I feel as though I've missed out since I wasn't a reader when the blogs were live.

My dad was a playboy until he got married. Never would have thought it, but one day recently he just started talking about a first marriage (before my mom) and how she turned out to be a crazy slut. He told me what his dad (another playboy) told him "son theres no art to drinking and fucking" His dad told him this after his dad came home to him hanging out with 5 girls he was banging at the time, he said they all knew, but didn't care. To this day I don't know what brought on that talk.

Agreed on Krauser and some of the RSD guys.

I especially love some of the crazy 'emotional rollercoaster' shit the RSD crew pull regularly. It's insane how much they can get away with. It's almost like the dark side of the game. Some powerful shit right there.

Anyone else get started in this by reading 'The Game' by Neil Strauss? Feels so long ago now Laugh
