I don't go out saying that like a mantra but I see the kernel of truth in the statement.

Just anecdotally, some time ago I paid for a girl's bus ticket when I was taking her home from a club and we were in the queue and she said she had no money, I'm not gonna make a big deal out of it and I don't buy girls drinks and shit anyway so in the end I ended up spending $4 on her. This example is quite tangible, but when you start considering things like cover fee to enter the club, and time spent at the club you could've spent making money at home, if applicable to one's profession, it starts making a lot less sense. And as Mage noted above, it's also about investing in oneself. You could say a cover fee accumulates towards the price of pussy for that night but on the other hand I'm also investing in myself.

I guess the difference is ultimately that "betas" come from the paradigm of spending money on the girl in order to please her, and the rest of us invest in ourselves while spending money on the girl as a necessary evil.

Interesting change in perspective in this forum. As this values hookers when your time is money (serious money).

Girls (6-7 and early 20s) here runs for less than $10 the bang. They are not professional hookers. They are usually young women who have a job that doesn't pay enough and use their pussy to get extras (like tobacco, gifts...) A friend of mine told me that you just need to give them something from a time to time and they'll be calling you for bangs. I made the math and this could run for much less than $10 the bang.
