I recently bought 5/10 of the ones on that list as Christmas presents to myself, along with other frags (I went uncharacteristically crazy with purchases). I'll post my experiences when I've tried them out for a little while.
One of the ones I bought was La Nuit de L'Homme after trying out a Sephora sample. I know it lasts only a few hours, but I had an experience with it I could scarcely believe: I think the fragrance actually aroused a girl sitting next to me, and not in a small way. She always acts pretty masculine, and after she slid next to me in class with her normal behavior, and just sitting there for a couple of moments, her legs tightened together for the rest of class, and she became very girlish, giggly, and happy; she became flirtatious with me, kept leaning in to get a better smell, made quiet, sexual sounding moans, and her whole body language and demeanor was completely different. It was during that class I knew I had to buy a big bottle of that stuff. That's got to be beginners luck.

I got two hours of projection (probably foot length for 1.5 hours), and it lasts four to five hours in total. On that occasion, I used six sprays, but it was from a Sephora sample, which sprays more lightly than the bottle (17-18 sprays per ml for the 2ml sample, as opposed to the 9-11 sprays per ml from the actual bottle that the Sephora girl filled the sample with); with six sprays from the sample, it was a little too much, whereas five sprays is perfect. I was planning on using 3 sprays from the bottle itself, with an extra spray or two from a decant to freshen it up.
I think a 200ml bottle has at least 1,800 sprays in it. I heard the old formulation had a little sharper smell to it.
The current performance is adequate for something like a date, a party, a nice evening event, or any time you only need it for a few hours. I'm excited to use my newly arrived bottle, but I think I'll gift it to myself on my birthday.

Have any of you guys tried CH Men Prive? This one seems to have good reviews and I was considering buying it.

DH EDT is generally the best regarded one from the DH range. Cologne has a lower intensity and is more suited for like wearing to the office etc.
With regards to number of sprays, It's something I've wondered about as well because you want people to notice, without it being too much. I've settled with putting one on my lower neck at the front just below my adams apple, and one behind each ear. I tried putting one on each wrist too but I felt like it was too much.
Yes, Dior Homme can be a bit challenging to wear initially because of the iris note that gives it a lipstick/makeup smell. It is considered a classic though. I want to try the Dior Homme Parfum, heard great things about it.
For Sauvage, I just use two sprays on either sides of the neck below the ear. I get about 3 hrs of arm's length projection and it becomes a skin scent in about 5-6 hours. I got it recently so I don't know if this has been reformulated. People rave about this though, that this has beast mode projection.

Versace Eros is a bit too immature for me, and I only moderately like the smell. It seems like it would be great on someone in high school, or on someone who is a college student that likes to party or go clubbing and has a youthful appearance. It's the kind of smell young girls like, but I'll stick to Dior Sauvage for the same purpose.
I ordered a tester of Prada L'Homme from FragranceNet, but they had already run out, their computer system just didn't show it. I used the refund from that tonight to buy two bottles of Club De Nuit Intense. It's on Jeremy's new Amazon top 5 list, and Basenoters raved about it, saying it's almost identical to the best (smokier) versions of Creed Aventus. I've never smelled Aventus, but my picky nose loves mass appealing scents.

That's assuring to hear. I mulled over some of the other Armafs, especially the Nior de Nior clone, because I love the smell of roses. How is it? I saw some reviews saying it doesn't smell too rosy, and decided to save the money.

Couple weeks ago while I was in Lisbon I tried "Rococo" by Merchant of Venice. Its supposedly unisex but its earthy tobacco, chocolate and warm spice scent is distinctly masculine.
Its pricey (about $280 a bottle) but its a scent that I feel really suits me, is unique and very long lasting. Ive worn it twice and gotten several compliments/ questions each time

I should wait a few months before buying anything else.
No one wears fragrance where I live, even women. Everyone thinks I've gone mad.
Fewer folks wearing fragrances means you'll get more attention from women. The top two in my opinion from the Armaf house are Tres Nuit and CDNIM (CDNIM being better imo). Hear you, it is a very addictive hobby. I started in August and noticed the buying impulse too and cut down. Discipline is key. Check out "The Science of Addiction: Here's Your Brain on Drugs | National Geographic" on youtube; it was helpful for me.
I didn't try out the Noir de Noir clone. For now, I think I'm happy with what I have, and buying a cologne that smells great pushes me to go out more.

In 4-5 months, I'm moving, and will be going to a young singles congregation I've already checked out a couple of times (the kind of church where they still play the organ and sing old protestant hymns). Those girls are bizarrely wholesome: many in their 20's haven't kissed a guy yet. Can't wait to wear Sauvage and The One around them, some of them probably haven't even heard of cologne.
It's not quiet an addiction, thankfully, but it was probably too much. I plan to keep any bottle I like (even if I like all of them) in rotation for at least the next ten years, and created a spreadsheet to inform me how often I can wear each one for this purpose. I think long term. For example, the first thing I ever bought with money earned from a job was a 50 piece set of high end China, because it can stay in my family for generations, just like other sets in my family. I use that set from time to time, and its classiness just adds a seed of enrichment, and a spark of joy whenever it's used. Fragrance is not only another element of style, it's a convenient way for me to get out of my head, and at least it's cheaper than the alternative of shooting guns.
Well I finally tried F by Ferragamo Black based on reviews that it's similar to YSL La Nuit. It's only kind of similar, but it smells really nice, and projects well -- unlike the recent versions of La Nuit -- and I've gotten lots of compliments already, more than any other cologne so far. It's also cheap at around $26.

The rumors are true, I've been a fan of La Nuit since the original. Up until 2013, with just 5-8 sprays it hit like a wall, projected three meters, lasted eight hours and there was never any kind of alcohol scent.
Since 2014, any La Nuit I've purchased requires 10-20 sprays, and even then it's arm length projection, for maybe one hour at most. Past three hours you can't even smell it anymore.
The oakmoss ban really neutered the woody fragrances.

Great, having location and logistics on lock is almost half the battle. More attention and getting proximity while wearing a good cologne is helpful too.

I've got Chrome Azzaro and L'eau Bleue d'Issey pour Homme. I use the former in the daytime (especially during warmer seasons) and the latter at night or when it gets colder. The second has much stronger initial notes before tapering off into lighter stuff.
