I've been doing tango with the Dean of my college for like three years. Just be damned sure never to admit to anything, always obfuscate the truth. When asked direct questions, answer indirectly but hint at nothing suspicious. Also do not implicate anyone else. Loose ends create more fucking witnesses. When more witnesses get implicated, hugely exaggerate how drunk they were if you think they will testify against your favor. Operate under the guise of complete disclosure but when you walk out of that office, you want the Dean to be one confused son of a bitch.

When other witnesses corroborate against you and it's the answer that the Dean or whoever of academic affairs is looking for, just understand that you're pretty fucked. Especially if any of those witnesses are female, as they're automatically more trustworthy than all men even if they heard the story second hand from a guy they're probably fucking and lied about being "right there when it happened" because they're a drunken slut.

The only thing that will work in your favor (to an enormous degree) is threatening a lawyer. Colleges know that they're walking a fine line (especially private universities) in how they handle their students. With a lawyer you can effectively get away with anything and blame the college on allowing you to commit crimes. If you have a relative who is a lawyer, start buttering him/her up immediately, because you're going to be needing favors in the (likely) event of altercations. If you even have a bad feeling about lying to the Dean or the judicial board on campus get a lawyer immediately.
