I don't count "reading between the lines" or other imagined hostility... I go by their actual statements. In Derb's infamous article he specifically said to treat every individual black person with respect and courtesy. Talking about dysfunction is also not evidence of hostility.

That guy has serious game but it's no real surprise; He looks like a very laid back guy that knows when to hold em, fold em, and go double or nothing. In this case, he hit a royal flush on the river and checked an item off his fuckit list that 99% of teenage boys could only dream of. He's got an incredibly bright future(at least sexually) ahead of him if he goes to college/uni(which I really hope he does).

I personally avoid poor people of all colors. Poors are generally scheming, thieving, and up to no good. I get along great with people of all colors (even gays and people with different political views) who are in my social class. I avoid all others.

I consider myself to be liberal, but I agree that there is a great romanticizing of poor-ness. The truth is that there are probably no hooker's with hearts of gold. I want everyone to be able to get the at least the basic necessities, and hopefully the most out of their lives, but let's be honest, it's very difficult, if not impossible to change people who have grown accustomed to a cutt-throat life style through surface interactions. We need systemic changes in this country.
