In June, my two closest friends and I all had "main" girls. One (let's call him White) had a lot of different girls chasing him but chose to settle down in a relationship with one. The other had found a girl he liked and by mid-summer he was in a relationship as well.

During that time, White went out of his way to convince me that being in a relationship was the right play, citing the following reasons:

• "Everyone is in one."
• "It's better to be loved than to never love at all."
• And my personal favorite: "You'll be able to go further sexually with your girl if you're in a relationship."
  

Anyhow, I refused to be in a relationship. I knew even though this girl was going to be loyal, she wasn't exactly LTR material.

Throughout August, I just pulled the right strings with my girl, building her comfort and attraction with an "I don't give a fuck" type of attitude. By late August, we had fucked and I had lost my virginity. A few weeks later, I didn't want anything to do with this girl, so I got rid of her.

I bring this story up because my two friends just had sex with their girls in the last week for the first time. All three girls were virgins.

I'm just thankful I found this forum before I listened to their advice.

Have you ever been in a situation where your friends gave you poor words to follow when it came to girls?

Yeah man, but you're all young obviously since y'all just lost you're v-cards. You just gotta forgive them and recognize that friends are just friends and that you're your own man. At least your friends seem to be cool and pullin chicks though. When I was in HS all my friends were the nerds, lol.

Do you mean within the last five minutes or ever? People have been giving me horrible advice in all aspects of my life for decades. I have seldom, if ever, followed the advice. It definitely sounds like you are on the right track. Keep up the good work.

The answer everyone's going to give is so obvious that this question is redundant. All the time dude, all the time. In one ear and out the other.

If you want good advice, watch a really good player (natural or "PUA", it doesn't matter) in action and take note of some of the things they do.

See, that's what surprised me though. These are guys who can get girls, not nerds. Closer to naturals than anything else.

The question is which makes you happier? I got a friend like that who's content and loyal with whichever girl he's with at the time. He can pick Up another anytime he wants, but he's happiest when he's with one for a while.

Advice from personal experience doesn't always translate well to others because they are living a different life. Sometimes there are still nuggets of truth there though if you're in a position and mindset to apply it.

Banging girls is good for you, but being in relationships too. Actually I think its better you start by having a gf if you're a virgin. You will get time to learn everything with less performance pressure, something you dont get if you've you're out conquering strangers who don't give a flying fuck about you.

Yeah, i also obeyed the advice from my friends, but in my case it was worse as they were girls and they said that i needed to be myself, always compliment them, and more bullshit.

I became the classic friend zone guy

Sometimes, I wonder if guys actually enjoy being with one girl when they tell me how great it is and ask why I don't have a girlfriend. Are they lying to themselves or is the player gene not in their DNA?

The tentative attention and preselection they receive when in a relationship distracts them from the gaping vacuum of excitement in their lives.

Every man alive is the product of a long proud line of alpha males. Embracing this is seen as some sort of forbidden fruit, which upon tasting will see you thrown out of the paradise of happy husbandry. Men are proud, even of stupid things like this.

Calling a guy who's banged one girl a natural is like calling a guy who hits one home run a great hitter.

The game is all about consistent results over time. For all your know your buddy might wife up this girl and not get another piece of pussy for his entire life.

Tuth's principle is so obvious it shouldn't even need to be stated: don't take game advice from guys with zero experience.

What's funny is that even if these guys were naturals (which they are almost assuredly not), their advice is almost guaranteed to still be worthless to you. Why? By definition, a natural simply attracts women by being himself. It's almost impossible for a natural to explain game principles, because he himself doesn't really understand what he's doing that's so special. To him, he's just acting normal.

Are either of your friends' mothers single moms? I highly doubt it.
