I'm stealing that line. If it's one thing I do really well, it's loitering.

I flicked a cigarette in a Russian dudes face. He was built like a tank. Armed my driver with a knife, and told him if I start getting my ass kicked, to poke the guy a couple of times. Angel Elabayarde had my back. Funny thing is, the dudes mom was watching the whole thing. It's all good in the hood. Later I helped El collect number from chicas.

Haven't been laid in DAYS. It's time to hunt.

I ate mondongo (beef tripe soup) to curve the immense hangover, and messaged about 40 girls online. And trolled Emech's iphone thread. Banana

Squatted 300 for reps then deadlifts and pressing. I scoffed at curlbros and they moved out of the water line for me. Now I'm going to eat 100+ chicken wings

100 chicken wings? You must be a big dude haha.

I barely finished 50 wings in ~13 minutes. How long does it take to eat 100?

I ate 3 double cheeseburgers in a diner built in the 1950s. The tomatoes were home grown. Tasted awesome.

Since starting my own garden and enjoying home grown tomatoes I've found the ones available at the supermarket totally inedible.

I know most of the forum members travel a great deal and probably don't have the time nor setting for a garden, but if you do - get on it next year! It's actually quite easy, especially if you get seedlings from a local nursery.

I grew up eating vegetables from a garden, tomatoes unless home grown are bland lifeless pieces of nothingness. I eat them just for the hydration and the possibility of getting SOME nutrition but I couldn't agree more. Once you've had real veggies that other shit is just that. Shit.

I built a massive wooden patio deck today and played with a dog that looked just like a bear (I think it was an Airdale).

I also rode up a good two stories, on the spears of a forklift, to a scaffold platform.

I pretty much do this daily when I work.

I bought some ACV this morning, and I'm getting ready to go out and start drinking beer at midday.

This is why:

Also many of our tomatoes are grown in Florida. The soil and climate there is not conducive to great tomato quality.

Broke my personal record for bench by a solid margin (like 30 pounds), number closed a solid 8 in the quad who seems crazy about me (prolly could've gotten a bit more but logistics is sketchy), got one on the side texting me too. Broke my months-long cold streak like hell. Been a great day for me.

Here's a great NPR article on tomato flavor. If you listen to the podcast it's quite interesting.

What's The Secret To Great Tomato Flavor?

Man you can't beat a good heirloom tomato. The shit in the stores has been genetically altered to look appeasing to the eye. Flavor is lost. Now, us country folk don't care about looks, but want flavor. That is why tomatoes like these are still grown.

Brandywines, Cherokee Purple, ect. Amazing the difference in flavor.

Brandywines are my favorite. Huge, flavorful tomatoes with indeterminate vines. The damned plants grow like bamboo. I'm growing a few from seed for next year's garden.

Here's another cool NPR article: The Accidental Hybrid: Discovering New Tomatoes

I've had the store bought heirlooms before, and I read Speakeasy's article....

Where should you get the seeds?

The irony in all this being I just hijacked a thread about manly actions to talk about tomato seeds......
