I've about-faced on my strict I'm-not-having-kids stance in recent months. I have to download all this wisdom into another human being before I leave this planet. But I ain't marrying no broad. I'm not even sure I want to live with a woman (again). If I can't reconcile the two, I'll marry abroad.

Marry a broad = No (in the US)

Marry abroad = Maybe

That said, I see a lot of perfectly attractive chicks be amenable to the live-in, with no marriage, situation. Many of those chicks end up knocked up. I'm pretty sure you can have some kid(s) with a quality chick without marriage.

You guys will be around. I'll keep you posted.

I wanted to add my two cents. I saw a couple in their second year of marriage today, girl I used to work with, she was a good looking 8 when she got married, she is now fat. That's my point number one, legally, in America, women have men by the balls after marriage.

I agree with this, but I disagree about his criticism of "this place". This place gets it right on the money 95% of the time and it does again in terms of marriage. Here's why:

I'm 6 foot, good looking, make pretty good money, and have high standards with women. In relationships I want to lead, pay for a nice date every once in a while, and don't mind going to a play or some bullshit if the girl wants to every once in a while. In eastern Europe these qualities make me a very prized commodity. Over there I had a 9.5 girlfriend, she wanted to cook for me, she wanted to be in the supporting role, to be my girlfriend. This relationship lasted around 6 months.

In the US, I can't get a date. There are some 5's and 6's in my life who are interested in me, but that's it. If I did land a 9.5 here and took her out to dinner she would lose interest. She wouldn't be impressed or brag to her girlfriends about me. She would act like she was doing me a favor that I paid for a 100 dollar dinner. This has happened to me before in the US.

In certain cultures the traditional masculine role is still valued, but it isn't here. The girls here have been misled by our culture and this site helps you gets your needs met in this dystopia, while, also giving guys good advice on life decisions. It simply isn't smart, even if you want kids, to get married here. Marriage has become servitude. That's the way the law has been set up.

I will be going back to live in Eastern Europe permanently soon. In a few years I will start a family. I will not formally marry my whoever my girlfriend is, but she will be okay with it as long as we love each other and she knows I will always support her and the kids. I know, I Know, "love". I read this site and I want a family, not everyone is the uber player, which, is good. To each his own. I respect every man's decision to live as they see fit.

i have a perspective most of you do not. i have been married, had kids, got divorced, returned to my player ways, racked up a nice body count and have now settled into a LTR where the girl is pregnant.

there is nothing i can do to explain to you the feeling of having children and how it instantly changes your entire perspective on life.

it is as if there is a dormant program in our brains that gets turned on and it overrides every thing else.

i have been married.
i've been a hardcore player
and now i'm going back to having more kids, this time in a relationship i know how to manage

no amount of sluts, no amount of strange pussy, nothing can ever beat the feeling of your children smiling at you or doing something that makes you proud.

and i fully realize that there is nothing i can do to make most of you understand that

LTR is the best option for raising a kid. trust me, i'm doing both - the divorced dad thing, where i drive the kids to school, go to the parent teacher conferences, play catch in the yard, brush her hair, the whole nine...and now i'm doing it again in a LTR. and i can say for sure that LTR is the best

i think ultimately it all comes down to your frame.

if the world is yours, you can make it work however you chose to do it

Chicks complain about haters and scammers online, but yet many of them will post tons of pics of their children. I hollering at a cute Dominican chick right now, who has 4 kids, but when I first hit her up online I had no way of knowing because she doesn't have any pics of them posted. We chatted for a bit on the site, and she gave me her work email (shortly after that she gave me her cell number, and we've spoken a couple of times). Somehow she mentioned breaking up with her "partner" of 17 years (I thought DAMN...4 kids, and he didn't marry her!). She mentioned something about her little 3 year old daughter, then sent me a pic of her. I thought, okay, she's got a kid, no big deal. I expect most women over a certain age to have a kid or two (she's 41), even if they don't mention them right away. We're writing back and forth a little bit more, then she sends me one of those cute photo studio family pics of her and ALL the kids! (3 boys and a girl, the oldest is 13, with the girl being the youngest). I've had that happen more than once, where chicks don't post pics of their kids, or even mention them, but after they're comfortable with you they email them to you, or say they're going to post it for a few minutes, then take it down. During one of our phone conversations, she said she kept having more kids with him hoping he would change, etc. Of course he didn't...HA HA! So yeah, you can get a chick to play house and have kids with you without marrying, but I don't think a majority of women will have multiple kids like that without the ring.

I was scrolling through here and I missed the posters name but he said 'marry abroad: maybe'.

I think everyone can agree that marriage to an american woman is wrong on all fronts. Marriage to a foreign women has many benefits though. First and foremost citizenship and the possibility of dual citizenship for your child. The good ole US of A is broke and dying right now, one of the best things you can do for yourself is get the hell off that sinking ship. We talk about women marrying for a green card, well now its time to do the same in reverse.

I'm very happily married to my Chinese wife. She pisses me off sometimes because she happens to be a little cheaper than I am but then I look at my coworker who has been married 3 times and says his ex spends 100 dollars in about 5 minutes.. mine would require you to twist her arm and pull her hair. I'd rather have mine any day.. infact I would say that this is the only woman I have ever met that enhances my daily life. A few days ago she blew me away by locating t-shirts that cost less than 50 cents, I spoiled her that day, gave her 5 bucks and said buy whatever she wants. She sits next to me pretty much half the day while I play games or watch movies and doesn't say anything... she just watches and maybe goes to watch her cartoons or something.

My friend has a wife that sits and plays league of legends WITH him. They live on about 350 bucks a month... He is a former marine and is in permanent retirement here now.. spends his time playing games with me, watching movies, wandering around china. Its kinda like the flintstones if the girls were chinese... our wives hang out together while we play games.

I could be out nailing women left, right and center, but I've done that and its an empty feeling after awhile. I like having someone I can talk to at night, someone that actually cares about you when you are sick. She called an ambulance for me cause I wouldn't spend my own money... I found out 3 hours later that I would have died if not for her... she spent her own money to do that and it cost her everything she made that month.

Its all about WHO you marry... there are a few of my ex's who'd have taken me to the cleaners for sure. This one while not being the HOTTEST girl I've ever been with is sure as hell the nicest. To slam all marriage is bs... marriage to an american woman is insanity... but marriage abroad is a different animal.
Just choose a poor one, most guys automatically choose a rich educated professional and wonder why they get treated the same way as if they had met an american woman.

If I was going to get married to a Russian girl, I would probably go to Israel. Tons of immigrants I'm closer to learning hebrew than Russian. Not sure how corrosive the culture is, but probably similar to America.
