That's why I like Alpha Men's Society. People will have a general idea of what it is, but will have to ask if they want more specifics. This is and of itself can be used to create interest while gaming if done correctly.

Otherwise, life just turns into a contest to see who can be the biggest clown at the circus.

The most subversive thing you can do today is to speak in simple, plain language. The most subversive thing you can do right now is to just say what you mean, without qualifiers, without meaningless adjectives, without hesitation, and most importantly, without retreat.

So I say that we simply call ourselves "Men," because that's exactly what we are. Men.

Every man should have standards. Every man should be free to pursue the type of women to whom he is attracted without being lambasted by the shaming language of feminists and the meaningless pap of fat-positivism. Ever man should strive to carve out his own niche in the world, to find the life that gives him pleasure and not be guilted into submission by those who tell is to "grow up" and be "real men." Even a term like "real man" no longer has any meaning. It's been hijacked and is being held in pudgy feminists hands.

It's time to take it back!

I agree with this completely. Giving us a name is giving the feminists and manginas a target they can refer to. Without a name, we deny them a target.

Also, we should go beyond claiming the title of "Man" for ourselves - we need to take it away from those who have renounced it. The omegas, manboobs and manginas of the world do not deserve to be called "Men".

Whenever I see a manboob on the street I shake my head and sigh "That is NOT a man..."

I always liked "game guy." It's straight and to the point, and not faggy like "pickup artist." Uncles, as an idea, embody a vision, "The Cool Uncle". There's also always something slightly shady about them, something they don't reveal; a dark side. Plus it's got a "creepy" ring to it, which is perfect for us, since I guarantee we're all considered "creepy" by mainstream american sluts.

The first thing that comes to mind is "masculinist". I don't like it though because it brings to mind the opposite of feminism (a spot taken by MRAs), and I don't want to play into that paradigm. However, it is exactly what we are. We celebrate being men and do everything we can to become better men. Hell, if it sticks maybe we can get the idea of feminism changed from man hating lesbians to women who take pride in knowing how to cook, sew, and other feminine pursuits. Then we can redefine today's feminists what they really are, FRAs.

As for the other suggestions so far. My vote goes to "First Men". I do agree that we should probably look for a word in a language that isn't English.

Some of these names are just a bit too self-congratulatory. We're knee deep in the tide of decadent culture, where people think they should be handed the world on a silver platter just because they got out of bed in the morning, and it's still rising. To simply call yourself a man and assert your excellence through actions is to resist that tide.

Also, I've noticed myself doing this a lot. Whenever I refer to myself or to others that I respect, I tend to use the word man. When I'm talking about those that I find silly or trivial, I use terms like "guys" or "dudes."

Giving yourself a title is always self-congratulatory.

You distinguish between "guys" and "men", with men being the title of honor.

If we are going to use a title, then there will always be the title of honor and the title of dishonor. Simply calling ourselves "men" does not confer honor because most people will have no idea what we're referring to.

You could be onto something here. A union of sorts. Unions need a few key players, from henchmen, to negotiatiors, to attorneys. I'm starting to imagine what our organization looks like:

A few good henchmen
