I buy the large POM bottle which is 59 fluid oounces and water it down because of the sweetness. But it can last me about two weeks. Before I was always bought the Minute Maid Blueberry mix which is 100% but after watching Morgan Spurlok's documentary "Greatest Movie Ever Sold", I was sold on POM!

I just scooped up some Chobani Greek Yogurt in Pomegranate flavor. And yes, it's a pain in the ass to eat because it has the little fruit kernels with the seeds in them, but it tastes good.

I used to eat tons of pomegranates as a kid (me and my friends used to snatch them from a fruit stand on Madison Avenue on the way home from after-school center), and I loved eating them. We used to call them Chinese Apples. I never knew of their properties, but I love POM. Because of the cost, I don't drink it that often though. Cranberry juice is also good for urinary tract health.

I would like to see more studies on this. Also, was unfiltered/not from concentrate pomegranate juice used?

I bought unfiltered juice. Don't know what was used in the study.

I stopped drinking it for now because I can't afford it at the moment.

I drank it for three weeks and noticed a few effects like growth of extra chest and facial hair and slightly oily skin. This could be an indication of higher T levels.

With regard to libido etc. I didn't notice much of a difference but this could be related to current psychological stress I'm in due to career related and personal issues.

I might continue drinking it once I'm more solvent.

did you ever have your blood tested to see that actual results or are you going on "feel"?

Just bought some POM yesterday.... drank some this morning an so far i havent grown a beard an felt any hornier...no raise in my testosterone -__-

how much are you supposed to drink?
