Nigella Lawson, a British celebrity chef famous for her 'curves,' admits the reason she lost weight is because her feet were out of commission, leaving her unable to raid the kitchen for seconds and midnight snacks:

Fatties are lying when they tell you they've tried everything and still can't lose weight. Outside of a few with a serious medical condition, the reason they're fat is because they shove their piehole. Lest you pity their condition and sympathize, remember that. If you could see everything she ate, you wouldn't be surprised at her condition. Instead, she lies to you and even herself about the extent of her gluttony.

I fucked an ex-fattie a couple months ago, a girl who had lost *90* pounds before I arrived on the scene, and she basically said the same thing. She said she stopped eating like a fatass, and then lost the weight over ten or so months.

Also, this makes for a decent strategy for the married guys. Whenever you have junk food, put it out of her reach and make her ask for it. Hopefully she'll be too ashamed to ask for seconds. "Honey, of course you can have some, you just have to ask me every time you want a bite."

Nigella does look sexy in some of her cooking videos, especially considering her weight and age. I'd have no problem hitting it if the picture above is accurate. She's a British Christina Hendricks, the exception that proves the rule, the girl that fatties point to as evidence that big girls can look sexy. Nevermind that Lawson looks sexier the more weight she loses.

While we're on the subject of female fatness, can I take a moment to bitch about how often I hear women call their rolls "baby fat"?

Bitch, you're 20 yrs. old! You were a baby about NINETEEN of those years ago. It's not called baby fat, it's called lard.

tl;dr "Baby fat" is a kind euphemism for "disgusting rolls"

Her tv show often closed with a shot of her running to the fridge @ night to snack on something she made during the show. When you do a image search for her, most of the shots aren't fully body. It's typically waist and up (SIF ALERT) or her in all black (SIF's camouflage that fools no one)

Yea She's a MILF. When her show started up she was just a apple bottom with tits and ass but you knew she would explode. She was ALWAYS ALWAYS was tasting, eating, snacking on the show. She made no qualms about stuffing her face while she cooked. Most cooks they cook a dish, display it.. maybe take a bite - end show. This broad would plate herself a full meal and start stuffing her face before the show ended lol.

About baby fat. I know America girls develop quicker but in Canada some broads will still have their baby fat until like 21 if they developed late. Some girls you can tell its legit baby fat because they just look young and round in the face and shit. A friend of mine lost her shit at 20. Then they hit prime baby time and everything all tight, glowing, and perky and shit.. yeeeeeeeaaaaah.

I disagree. They aren't lying. They have tried everything. They've simply failed to stick with any of the diet or exercise plans that they've tried! HA HA! They'll drop that initial water weight, plateau, and quit because then some REAL effort is required.

I agree with basil, most fat girls simply overeat. They eat a salad for dinner for all to see then raid their secret junk food stash when no one can see it. They tell themselves it's only one piece, but the hamster loves to stuff its cheeks with sweets. With no one their to shame them, they eat it all. Fat shaming works.

The diet industry is a scam. They sell millions based on the premise that you can eat our prepared meals, do nothing else, and will end up with a super-tight body like the fitness model in our commercials! Fatties are lazy. The industry tells you that you can continue to be lazy, and still lose weight. Some of the plans will tell you that you can still eat the foods you love (the ones that made you fat in the first place) like burgers, pizza, deserts, etc. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE UP ANYTHING. If you look at some of the before shots of the chicks that lost weight, there's no way they went from big and sloppy to looking like a fitness model with defined abs without working out like a beast. But they leave that part out. If you simply cut down on portions, and eliminate junk and soda, you will lose weight over the course of several months without exercise. But you'll still be a soft blob. If you progressively move your ass, you'll lose even quicker, and you'll have a little more tone.
