Hilarious..

This is a girl that backed out of our date yesterday and rescheduled it for today and on top of that is giving me this last minute news.. She wants to bring her friend! (This is happening in Colombia, btw, if some of you are wondering what American girl would pull this retardedness.)

I think she texted me like 20-40 minutes ago asking and I haven't responded yet.

I don't really feel like totally canceling because she's super hot -- the class of hotness that I'm aspiring to bring my game up to -- and my personality thrives as the center of the attention and entertainer type. I wasn't planning on doing a first date bang with her anyway so I guess it's not a big deal. I suppose there is a possibility that the two girls will meet up with a bigger group and I can either hang with them and see if I can isolate my girl or let them go and meet up with my own friends on this Friday night.

Anyway, in general if a girl is going to be busy with her friends, I will tell her we'll pick another night but I've never been given one hour's notice like this. Although I guess one time in Serbia I think a girl showed up with NO advance notice with her friend.

Luckily I will probably be buying $1.50 beers so the issue of if I buy her friend drinks or not is not going to be too huge, but.. eh.. shitty choice.. Looking too cheap to buy a $1.50 beer or looking like a chump that will just buy your friend her drinks.

My attitude is just to go, entertain them, only treat my girls drinks and go with the flow after that.

What would you guys do in this scenario?

Re: pedestal. Yeah, yeah. That's not the mindset I had when I was with her, but I was being honest with the people on the forum. She is my type and might be the hottest girl I've dated here.

Holy shit she was boring. I was even considering just leaving the date at certain points.

I have had quite a few threesomes here, but it doesn't really work out when a girl just brings a friend on her date.. funny joke though of course.

I will see the girl again I suppose just because of how she looks but she is super boring and was annoying as hell -- even showing up late due to the rain.

My friday night was lame compared to a regular friday night. This group of girls tried to attack and molest me after the girls I was with left for the night but there were so mediocre looking that I just didn't know what to do with them.

To be honest having the friend there was actually kind of nice considering how boring this girl was. She didn't know how to flirt or make conversation or anything. I suppose she has relied her whole life on her looks. Her friend danced a little more, laughed a little more.

If I eventually bang this girl, then I will say I made the right call tonight.

As far as paying, I paid for one spot, they paid for the second spot so I ended up paying what I wanted to pay.

I had a similar experience a few months ago: girl brought a friend on a date on short notice.

I basically grew bored with them after the one hour mark and decided I was wasting my time; so I went to the bathroom, came back pretending a friend had called and there was an emergency...paid for my drinks and walked out.

I'm still of the opinion that in most cases, you're wasting your time dating a woman who insists on bringing a friend on the first date to act as a cockblock. Doesn't matter how hot she is: the results will be no different.

I don't think it's game over. It's annoying and has happened to me before - but still managed to make out with the girl. Sometimes the girl may feel she needs the security and other times they are just clueless that its an actual date!

Same thing happened to me in Cali, it worked out well because her friend was better looking, I met them at a mall and I bought a few rounds of beer there. I bought some more beer and food then we went back to my place to hang out, I was getting good vibes from her friend so whenever the girl who I originally asked out went to the wash room, I made out with her friend. She left her number that night and we met up the next night and banged.

I suppose if you don't care about the money (or your pride) and REALLY have nothing better to do than by all means go through with it... personally, I'd feel like I was getting set up to fail. Situations like those are a trap from the start, only an idiot would think he's going to bang them both. Or George Clooney.

That`s a different way to look at it, I agree that chances of a 3-some are slim, but the thought never really crossed my mind anyway, all I was thinking was this was was a good way to entertain myself for a couple of hours, have a few drinks, practice my Spanish. Anything else that happened was a bonus; when they came back to mine,I got some more Spanish practice, salsa lessons, they cooked me a big meal and of course I ended up hooking up with one of them.

This cost me about $40, or what I`ll make in a half an hour at work today, pride still in tact.

I think the OP made the right move.
