A girl who took my number and found me on FB last weekend at a bar (huge IOIs, yet probably a sign of being bat shit-crazy now that I think of it) denied my first push for a date, but she offered up Friday instead. She said she needed to celebrate the 4 day week and we should me up then.

My irking suspicion with this is that if we meet up, chances are it will be on her terms, with her friends, and at a bar where she is already at.

Is there any way I can maintain hand in this situation? My plan would be to mob in there and basically escalate kino immediately to build back up the sexual attraction rather than becoming a tag-along.

If she didn't have huge tits I would have ignored her after my first push.

Having some trouble deciphering what action I should take on this matter.

Tell her to meet you somewhere. If she declines with "omg i'm gonna be at bar xyz meet me there" tell her no thanks.

It sounds like you're waiting on her to decide logistics. Not good. Do what Samseau said, and at least then you'll know where you stand.

It would be better to flake on her than meet her on her terms and have no shot. So try Samseau's advice.
