I've tried this a few times and could never get past a week. I literally couldnt concentrate on anything else and my standards would fly out the window especially when drinking. My goal is just to regulate it more, maybe keep it to Mon-Wed only. Give myself enough time to ramp up for the weekend.

I actually just got done going 100+ days. I quit a couple weeks ago. At one point during the beginning, I purposely went a month with no sex either.

Honestly, the only time I noticed a big difference was when I wasn't getting off at all...I was a fucking beast and always had tons of energy but I was also miserable and pretty much delirious. Mood swings like crazy.

I do notice that I often stay hard after the first round of sex and can transition more easily into round 2 but I also cum quicker on the first round.

It was probably worth trying just to show myself I could do it but other than that, I don't think I got much out of it. I did it to help fight fatigue and concentration issues but I've benefited more from eating healthier, more vitamins, etc.

I saw two unwelcome side effects:

-I lowered my standards somewhat which is a bit disappointing looking back as I haven't had the problem of "buyer's remorse" since my heavy drinking days around 10 years ago. I didn't bang anyone though, so not that much harm done really.

-My neediness increased (which was unfortunate since I've made enourmous improvements in these respects in the last year of so).

I think both these side effects may be temporary though, or at least they can be overcome.

Next step is like other have said, to regulate it and keep it at an acceptable "level". If I do another longer challenge I will announce it here, it can't be harmful with accountability I think.

Well, I'm a believer.

6 weeks without porn and 3 weeks without masturbating, and last night I had my first wet dream. Like, ever. I woke up and looked it up on Wikipedia because I felt like I had cheated on the NoFap thing somehow, and one particular sentence caught my eye.
