This could also give some insight on forum member's tastes (aside from the Whodo you consider a 10? list)

I personally found the claim of Tulisa as #1, to be laughable, she's hardly even packing the heat some of the smokes on the 80 range are let alone the top 10... what do you guys think?

Thats the exact same impression I got, it seems like they're rating women based on success, public persona, appearances (eg: sex tapes like Walnuts said) and maybe beauty, raw looks however are almost disregarded as factor (Kate Upton is only #23 you should check out her cat daddy video then you'd be outraged at them giving her such a "low" spot)

Agreed Snowflake. Although for Kate Upton there's another thread around which shows a video of her dancing? Her tits are down to her knees. It's not a good look for someone who is still 19 (I think?).

These listings are mainly to build magazine sales and, as you point out, the ratings are based more on status and earnings more than anything. I don't think these publications might be run by gay men necessarily, but men who are radically out of touch with not only their own sexuality, but also the tastes of the readership that they're pandering to. Think journalism post-graduates who find themselves hilarious and wear over-sized glasses, grey skinny jeans and brown clogs rather than a straight-up gay man.

In fact, I'm convinced that the office of GQ especially is full of such men and subsequently anyone who continues to follow that site for their fashion and outlook advice should be questioned.
