RE: Making Male Friends while traveling
Has anyone yet studied the relationship between interest in spectator sports and political bias? I’d wager sports fans are more conservative in that they are more tribal, while non sports fans will be more progressive. When we look out onto the field we don’t even see teams – we just see a bunch of guys.

I was sort of under the impression, based on Roosh's writing, that you should NOT take advice or try and get help from local guys with respect to women because they will invariably cockblock you. Is it different in SE Asia? I just think that there will always be a little animosity between the guy and the farang, who is obviously wealthier. Then again, maybe I'm projecting Western thinking onto people of that region.

RE: Making Male Friends while traveling
Hmm this is actuay important. I believe there is a discrepancy between meeting "local guys out at night" compared to say meeting a guy when you're eating lunch.

Example: meet a dude who lives in west Europe at a restaurant I frequent, turns out he was moving back so I visited and he intro'd me o several people because we met st a non "competitive" environment so to speak.

Example 2: show up to club in brazil, immediately dudes see you as competition so they mock and want you to die for stealing their women. Hence will give u awful advice.

Just my 2c
