Yeah i think an international franchise would be the ultimate goal. Start it in Florida, if it succeeds other spots can be opened worldwide with minor tweaks to the business model based upon host country requirements.

then you can write off all the travel you want to do as a business expense for scouting out new locations.

I've been thinking about my "corralling" idea. The one where you set up camp and bring the bishes to you. Greece is one of the hottest spots in Europe during the summer. Even in the winter, EE chicks are bound to want to come there. It's at least warmer.

I wonder if owning a little tiki bar on an island would impress chicks over that way? How much would it cost to open? Obviously it'd be seasonal, so we shut down in the winter, go back to our real jobs to make money. Wash, rinse repeat.

This is the general outline I am working with to set up the Pussy Paradise Bar as originally laid out by el mechanico. El Mech is a big part of this plan, however he does not have the time to run the whole thing on his own, so I have decided to take the reins with his support. As there has been a lot of interest in this project, but no one stepping forward to get the ball rolling, this has been deemed necessary.



Here is where the plan stands now;

Ideally the bar should be located on the beach in the Tampa area

A limited number of investors should be solicited

The bar should be adequately funded to operate at a loss for a maximum of 6 months, giving time to build clientele.

An LLC should be formed with the partnership rules defined, including buy back provisions

The majority of funding will come from crowdfunding through Indiegogo

Daily, 3 day, and week long bartending spots will be presold through crowdfunding

For the investors the bar would operate essentially like a timeshare, including apartment/house assuming sufficient initial funding

Funding of $100k would be ideal. However, if a smaller amount is raised it will simply mean a smaller or lower traffic

Fleshing out the above points;

As El Mech’s posts have shown, along with confirmation from several forum members that have met him and hit the Tampa area, there is an abundance of hot, bikini clad broads in this area from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicities. Good weather year round, lower property expenses, and a huge influx of tourists makes this the ideal area.

A limited number of investors reduces headaches concerning ownership issues, including buying/selling, daily operations, etc. This should be fairly obvious if one considers the old saying about all indians and no chiefs.

Adequate funding is necessary to fund daily operations during the startup period. While ideally the bar will break even from the start, there is no guarantee of this. Obviously, it is better to be sufficiently liquid to endure losses for a short period until income exceeds expenses, otherwise this will be a very short lived venture. With proper advertising, and getting the proper clientele (meaning women. Men will follow) meeting expenses should not be an issue.

The operating agreement set forth by the LLC will specify who the owners are, what share they hold, and the buying and selling provisions to eliminate serious issues if someone needs to get out of the project for whatever reason.

However, if such a location is not available we will have to find the best location based on costs and traffic. The general consensus seems to be a minimum of 70k to get up and running with sufficient reserves. The more we raise the nicer place we can get.

This is currently a rough outline that is subject to change, so suggestions are welcome.

Let's see who is in on doing this and if some guys are good at social marketing be sure to let us know. The crowdfunding is going to need lots of promoting to guys that see the benefits of hitting our bar for a week.

Here's what I got. There's an Apartment complex on Hillsborough that they rent all the units by the day. It has room service a bar etc. I was in a room there last week with 4 strippers. The situation is kind of set up for people here for events and slutty girls that party too much or two more I met there left their boyfriends etc. One of them asked me if I wanted to order a bottle from room service. I guess they deliver booze all night.
