When I was in Philippines a couple of months ago, I saw White guys who look as old as Harrison Ford with Filipina women who look like they are still in high school.

Such huge age gaps like that are way more common in 3rd world countries than they are in Western countries.

Because in Western countries most women are not so poor that they have to date a man who looks old enough to be their grandfather in order to get financial security.

My x gf was 9 years younger and the girl am currently dating is 11 y younger. am in my early thirties. in the last year I've also banged 3 who were in the 19-20 age range and 2 more who were 23. all via online dating. (sometimes I lie about my age but when they find out they dont care)

What cities in the Phils were you in?

How do you know that these young girls in Phils were not pay 4 play? b/c I think that in any country, a guy will see a large age difference when there is pay 4 play involved; however, I believe that in this thread we are NOT referring to pay 4 play.

Did you only travel to Philippines or to other locations in SEA?

I had a 21 year old (12yrs younger than me) communicating with me on eharmony last September, we exchanged numbers but it fell apart after that. I've been able to consistently draw attention/date girls around 25-26, in fact, I do noticeably better with them than girls my age. I am blessed with a youthful appearance though, so that may have something to do with it. I'm only pursuing mid-20s women now and the occasional early-30s that strikes my eye.

Hadn't seen this, thanks for bumping a great thread. No update, but...this would be further reason why PC Americas (ie women) hate dudes traveling (Asia, SA, etc) for women. We're leaving 30+ women for 20 year olds.

I'm in the good ol Midwest U.S. I banged a 21 year old college girl a few weeks ago. Never heard from her again. Seems like here, if you're breaking the "divide by 2 and add 7" rule, you're doing well.

Being Mexican I can say that the "normal" age difference for quality girls is a lot less than in Eastern Europe. 6-7 years tops. If you look good you can squeeze up to 10, but more than that it's just plain hard.

My personal experience ( I look about 6~8 years younger than my age according to other people) :
In Colombia, the girl I dated was 15 years younger than me.
In Poland, it's between 8 and 14 years younger than me. My current girlfriend is 11 years younger.

All depends on how well you keep yourself. I just got back from a trip to Capetown and was "dating" a girl who was 14 yrs younger than me. When the truth finally came out, she almost spit up her food. She thought all along I was about 33.

Here in Peru I'm collecting 18 year old girlfriends like shoe heads collect Jordans (I'm 34) The oldest girl I banged was 25 all the rest have been under 21.

This seems pretty accurate with a 5yr additional age difference 'societal acceptablility' in each higher tier, until you get to Tier 1 and the age difference can go as high as 50yrs.

Is it really the understanding that Central American countries (Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa rica, Nicaragua and Panama) accept wider age gaps compared to South American countries like Colombia and Peru? What about Brazil?

I don't know for a fact only going off friends that have visited there and what I've read. It just seems poorer in many of those countries and their status seems lower therefore it seems like they would be more likely to accept a higher age gap. My friend that just went on a surfing trip to El Salvador in the last 6 months said people were staring and girls were chasing after him shouting out "Paul Walker" as he very very faintly resembles the dead Fast and Furious actor. My friend said they rarely see younger white people over there ever it is a spectacle for them.

It is great to hear any corrections on that listing such as the Mexico observation.

Where white girls are concerned, then one can do no better than former Soviet Union probably. The women often say that age and looks are unimportant, and they say that with no sarcasm unlike girls in the West. Yes money will be important the older you are, but many hotties will be delighted that you earn 2000 Euro a month. Of course the cream of the crop girls have older guys chasing after them that make 10,000 Euro a month

Some Random Thoughts...

As Blackdgragon has noted about 15% of women are most turned on by dating a man >10 years older. I am in the U.S. and have been dating a woman about 20 years younger for a few months. She has told me she is only into older guys. I would say I am in the top 1% looks /body wise for guys my age and in the top 2% for game. I am not rich. Interestingly, women in their early 20s seem to care less about money than woman in their 30s and 40s.

When my girl and I go out, the only people who ever give us judgy looks or even seem to notice the age difference are people in their 30s and 40s, usually women but sometimes men too. Its never an issue with 20 somethings. Granted I look a lot younger than I am.

The only women who have ever told me that I look my age are women over 35. I actually find 35-45 year old women really sexy but am getting to the point where I don't waste my time with them in the U.S. Even when they are nice in other settings when it comes to dating/ romance, they tend to be spoiled, unhappy, uptight, icy, overly picky and judgmental all rolled into one. Case in point, I ran into a 45 year old I dated a few times and told her about my round the world trip which included time in SE Asia. Her comment... "You aren't a sex tourist are you?".

I was on a date with my LTR today. 15 year spread. I did notice some looks from people for the first time in 5 months. Happened a couple times. I am in Russia. I also banged an 18 year old from daygame this week. She had buyers remorse and I haven't heard from her. She looks really young but the passport was a go. I do get dates with under 22 consistently, but these are dates that require effort. Dates from 28-40 I don't even try. I just say meet me here (or I won't come).

Had a 21 YO Russian come to visit me in California this summer. I got minimal looks from people surprisingly, but did have two gay guys at the beach discussing us behind were we were sitting as they definitely noticed the age difference. They were flamboyant and didn't care if we heard our conversation. They probably wanted us to.

I found that 10-12 years was about the maximum in Poland. When you are in your 40s, that just doesn't cut it. I have actually had more success dating younger girls in the US than Poland.

You forgot to mention that they are often heavily medicated as well - statistically something like 30%+ are on some kind of antidepressant. And probably 50% or so are under some kind of therapy/psychoanalysis so it's a pretty screwed up universe of women who on average have serious mental and emotional issues.
