Can't comment on Davao as I haven't been there yet. But I do intend in going there this fall once I return to the Phils.

Are you in Davao? I thought Davao girls were conservative from what I've been reading and hearing. Good to hear they are easy!

What I noticed in my time in Cebu is that the the best way to get to the top talent in terms of looks, not necessarily the richest, is to go to high end hotels, resorts or Restos or boutiques in malls and start chatting with the girls working there at the reception. The hottest girl I saw in my entire first mini retirement in Asia 4 years ago was a girl working as the manager of a nice resort in Lapu Lapu. Simply stunning, doll like perfect Latina look alike face, long curly hair, creamy white silky skin and super sweet.

I am pretty sure it would be the same throughout the country where labour is so cheap and where employers can pick who they want to hire. Head out to high end Restos, boutiques or resorts and you'd be bound to find some top talent. Then just run your game as usual.

They are only conservative for old/ugly guys with no game Smile

Everything else about Davao is 10/10 for me only girls quality sucks.

I haven't booked yet, but the reason I'm considering Cebu instead of Boracay is that I'm going for notches (quantity and quality). The general consensus based on a number of trip reports is that Cebu is much, much easier for notches than Boracay. Also, there are beaches close to Cebu which makes a perfect balance. There is still time to reconsider, but Cebu seems like a much better alternative.

I guess I can take a girl to the beach for a couple of days. I'd have to pay for 2 hotel rooms at the same time, but hey, it's a vacation, so might as well do that.

The beaches are not thaaaat close to Cebu City. It is not a bad balance but it could be a lot more perfect hahaha. I don't know why you would pay for 2 rooms at the same time, but maybe you have your reasons. The annoying thing is that if you want to take a girl away for a weekend you are probably losing out on 4+ random glorious bangs. Honestly, if you're going away even for a day you would often want to take a fast boat from Cebu to another island.

No worries man. Happy to have provided some insight to a fellow brother.
Are you going to be elsewhere in the Phils during that time?

You can still go to Cebu in January, have a great time, find a cool/hot girl or 2or 3 and take them with you to a nice nearby beach. Don't cross Cebu altogether in January as there's tons of fun to be had there. Thankfully Sinulog is only for a weekend Friday to Sunday.

I arrived on Monday, right now I'm in a nondescript town north of Manila called Tarlac. Girls keep asking me if I'm 'alone,' which I guess means single? I'm planning to stick around the Phils until the end of January; thanks for the advice about Cebu, I'm still going to check it out if I run out of places to see in Luzon, right now I'm just kind of wandering around until I find a place I like. Thanks again to you and all the dudes here who have blazed a trail and dropped data; it's pretty much like everyone says- warm and friendly people inhabiting something that resembles a tropical Afghanistan.

I want to book a hotel in Cebu in advance for the entire trip (about 6 days in Cebu). I have no idea when and if I'll stay on the beach and which girl I'll take with me if any. Which means that if I go to the beach overnight I'll have to pay for the room there as well as in Cebu.

I was in Cebu about 2 years ago.
Stayed in the Gran Prix hotel across the road and a few metres up from Mango Square.
It was ok, but if I was to return I would definitely rather opt for a nice place close as possible to Ayala mall.
Global Entry 路 2014-09-24 13:48:00 路 #806
Brodiaga, there are enough hotels -you can book and extend if you like, and still use agoda. If you have to switch its a nothing cost cab ride away, no longer then 5-10 minutes. And don't forget, depending on how your meet-ups go, you may want to switch. I"d book two days and take it from there.

These are good deals man! Thanks for sharing! But I'll be flying from Toronto as I'll be spending a few days at home with family before returning to Asia.

I'v run across a surprising phenomenon. Girls with only high school degrees are cleaning my clock at Candy Crush and other visuo-spatial speed games.

Now I have to admit they are 18-20 and I am 55+ so I assume a lot of it is slowing with age.

But they are killing me.

I have to second whoever said an iPad is a huge help with keeping girls busy and bonding when you are in your hotel room. You can cuddle up together and play candy Crush etc and it's non-sexual and not threatening at all. I also find it easier than an iPhone for taking pics and video because you can hold it with both hands and get clearer feedback by viewing right away on a hi-res screen.

One quiet chick could sit there for hours and play and stay out of my hair.

Since I'm hoping for an LTR (one of my favorites is a nursing assistant student) I am sort of using it as an intelligence test, although vocabulary is much better at determining intelligence in most people, visuo-spatial speed and skill is also valuable. I've noticed that level of English is partly a marker for intelligence, the language of instruction in schools in English, yet several security guards and shelf-stockers we met couldn't even give simple directions in English.

My girl confirmed that although they are taught in English, bad students will just show up for class and not do any work, becoming the young adults that will might unfortunately be the economic losers.

So having an iPad is a no brainer for me-- it also is a backup computer in case my laptop dies so I can manage my investments.

I have the newest retina mini 16GB, was $350 at Target after price matching Best Buy, I can carry it in the cargo ( side of thigh low) pockets of my Ex Ofiicio bug repelling pants lolzlzll. The legs zip off and they dry in a couple hours, I don't really have to have any other pants except maybe swim shorts.

This girl just cleaned my clock something terrible lollzzlll.
I'm a tub of lard too as you can see, I've started lifting when I'm in a hotel with gym.

@iknowexactly

Tune Hotel! Nice!

I made the mistake of staying nearly three weeks in one. After some time the girl started to go crazy and we started to wonder if there are ghosts (mumu's) in the hotel/room. Never Again!!!

Only book those cheap hotels for short periods, maybe just a few days.

Ingat palage!

Hi guys,

Has anybody rented a motorbike in Cebu before? I have been using google but it looks very expensive, prices for monthly rent around 11000php a month, while in thailand you can get a monthly for 3000thb.
Are those just internet prices? Can you get a motorbike around 4000php monthly?

Cheers!

I've never been to Cebu, but I just arrived yesterday in Angeles City, which is probably the biggest tourist trap in the Phils, and one place offered me a Honda 125 scooter for 4500 monthly without much negotiation. So 11k seems ridiculous unless you're talking about renting a nice motorcycle.

No, I am just looking for a decent 110/125cc semi or automatic couple of years old. Nothing fancy.

Yeah you can get it for 4000php a month. The ones online are the expat run businesses. The Filipino owned businesses will charge you half that price or less quoted to you online.

Messaging this girl on Filipino Cupid...

Her: No plans for November as of now. But Its my birth month. I see take care there.

Me: Well I'm definitely expecting an invite to your birthday party then haha Wink

Her: I never had a party hehe. But yea sure if you want to come ill cook hehe. Is that really you in the photo? Cause you're so young and handsome and I will be proud to be with you hahaha. I mean all the girls you will meet.

Me: Hmm a private party for 2 sounds just as good then Smile What do you cook?
Nah, the photos are of my grandson. I'm really a fat 60 year old but I thought girls would be more responsive to me if I put his photos... he got kinda mad at me though so I'm going to change them. I hope you don't mind? :/

Her: Its fine. Whatever your physical appearance as long as you have a good heart people will love you. Smile

Damn, made by some CSI mofo with the poster on the wall...

Hey, it's either the tune, a cheap apartment which I am still trying to find, or the Standard American Fattie!! I'll take the shitty lodging over the more-than-shitty girls.

Can I come stay at YOUR place? Dodgy

Sure, if you happen to be in Dvo, you can go to the famous Jun 'n Del with rooms ~20,000 php if you rent for a month. But hurry up, rooms are flying like hotcakes and are gone quickly! Make a reservation! Good luck!

Scuba Diving + Game spots? Any advice? Will be in Philliphines for 4-5 weeks mid-Jan to mid-feb. Leave before Feb 19th because thats Chinese spring festival and Im tired of Chinese people. I leave China to get away from them.

I went to Bohol last year with a girl in tow (fun but sometimes boring, she was not very adventurous). I stayed about 3 weeks by Alona Beach in rented places from the internet. Nice places.

Any other recommendations from Divers but also near population centers? I saw above 'calwinston' is in Bohol, which has Tagbiliran, which does have a lot of unis/colleges young people.

Any other recommendations? I want to rent an apartment, but I think I may do more traveling around to get more varied diving. Its cheap as hell there for diving and its insane beautiful.

I know Cebu there is Maolbaol (spelling) but that is a bit from Cebu. Any ideas, shout.

I am currently in Davao and will be flying to Palawan this Saturday for a few days! I plan on doing a couple of dive trips.

I can give you feedback on my dive experience after next week!

That's where you stay? Actually Davao is the last large city I have't been too, so you might see a bewildered OldFat expat stumbling around muttering with a 18 year old girl who's trying to keep from laughing.

Right on man. I heard in the north of Palawan, El Nido is supposed to have great diving.

Bohol, off Alona Beach as very, very good diving with a decent beach scene. It seems like a lot of couples but also the backpacker group is in force down on Alona. Cheap diving and easy to do 2 dive mornings and be back by 1pm for a big lunch on a beach with some booze. There is an ebb and flow of business but when its busier lots of dive shops do 3 dive days, or get their boats to take trips up to Cabilao island which was even better than around Alona. NOT WORTH going up there, getting a hotel, etc. But if a boat trip is going to go up there for the day, good weather recently, high visibility, worth it.

So thats Bohol. Worth checking out. 'calwinston' above is living around there and says plenty of women in the city Tagbiliran right near Alona Beach which kinda seemed a little run down to me, but women are women. As long as there are a lot of them, going to be plenty of good looking ones.

I'm just starting into game and approaching a lot of women. Before mostly just social circle and met someone at a party. Now I'm trying to just approach women I see most places. Looking to do that and dive this winter. So trying to find a place where there will be beautiful girls and dives together. Alona is good, but already there a while. Maybe just go back. Plus do Palawan.
