Again, zero burden of proof with these people. Feelings take precedence over facts but it does show their solipsistic nature.

Unfortunately, they make it personal to themselves when they decide to follow around some lying accuser like a lost puppy. They convince themselves they believe in it without a second thought. There's no weighing of plausible doubt in the situation and they all go gung-ho; when it's eventually revealed to be a hoax (and I'm sure it will be) they all look like fools but will jump on the bandwagon for the next stupid thing and repeat the process all over again. History repeats itself yet they refuse to learn its lesson.

So obviously this is another pump&dump case and a butt-hurt ''victim'' of it. If I was the guy who did it, I would come forward. There must be some evidene that proves it was consensual sex, like some nudes, clingy text messages from her asking him what's wrong and why he's not calling back, maybe some witnesses in the frat house etc. Once this evidence is presented, her reputation along with her ''thesis'' will be ruined. I would love to watch that.

If he doesn't come forward, there is a good chance that this bitch will keep spinning her wheels and in the end decide to seriously file charges against him, or some white knight DA will take advantage of the situation.

I think she is some kind of Native American or Pacific Islander mix but I do not know for sure. A DNA test can barely tell the difference. My Choctaw and Cherokee parts came back as Asian/Native American. I'm sure if we paid more money it could get more precise I bet.

That rag has fallen off probably 4 years ago. I stopped subscribing 3 years ago. It's a joke. My understanding is that the school did an investigation, found no proof, in addition to New York Police Department not continuing the investigation after this attention whore pressed charges a year after the fact because they couldn't find any tangible evidence either. He really has nothing to gain by coming out and saying anything.
