I just tried to order some of this from HappyHippo (its where the good looking loser guy says you can get the best) But that website wont let you use paypal or a debit/credit card. They want you to sign up for these other weird sites and put all my bank info in it.

I think GLL mentioned theres a big difference between the HH brand and the LM brand in terms of quality (with HH being better). He also has a link that shows how to pay them via paypal, but unfortunately the link is currently broken.

I'm going to try to get HH on the phone somehow tomorrow and ask them directly. Ill also see if I can get a hold of GLL maybe to weigh in on this.

GABA is one of the same neurotransmitters targeted by alcohol, and by benzodiazepines (e.g. Xanax, Ativan, Valium etc.). I've heard medical people say that, essentially, alcohol is THE most addictive drug out there (in terms of the severity of withdrawal / dependence issues), and benzodiazepines are the second most (as a class).

I'm saying this as someone who uses both Xanax and alcohol (N.B. NOT at the same time!) and who suffers from social anxiety. Drugs that affect GABA (alcohol, benzoes, and apparently Phenibut) are great, but it's precisely BECAUSE they're so great that you need to be very careful not to become addicted.

I ordered Happy Hippo and am pretty happy with it. I might try the liftmode brand when I need to re-up.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't effect libido or cause hair loss. It isn't addictive if you have self control. No more than 3 times a week. I don't wake up the day after I take it and feel like I need it. I don't even really think about it. I think the last time I took any was last Wednesday.

My Phenibut has not came in the mail yet. (should be here today) I have read pretty extensively about it in the last few days and have decided to only take it once a week. I have read about some people taking it non stop then having some rough side effects from withdraws with out it.

My L-Theanine came in Friday an I took some Saturday and went to a music festival and drank some and had a excellent time. Then I took some Sunday to help combat the hangover that was looming and it did a great job of helping knock that out. It just kind of makes me happy when I take it. I gave to GF some Sunday to as she was half way hung over and she noticed it just made her feel happy and a little better about life as well. Its not MDMA, I wasn't in pure happy bliss... but it was a noticeable feeling.

I was under the impression the idea with some of these drugs is that, it makes the person feel better and they use that reference point feel like that without the drugs. I think that was the premise behind the likes of beta blockers.

I took Pheninut several times last year, probably around 10-15 times in total, then stopped taking it and threw it all away. The reasons are as follows:

-After taking it pretty frequently, I felt odd when I stopped. I was stressed out, anxious and easily irritated. Other things happened to me during that time that might have triggered that reaction, but Phenibut could have contributed to the problem. All got back to normal since then.

-Even though I felt more social and less anxious, it was just a crutch, a temporary solution.

-It never got me laid. I did get laid without using it, though.

I didn't abuse it, just followed the advice from this thread and usually took it in the morning before breakfast, most of the time around 500mg, not more than 1000 per day.

I am not saying stop taking it, but be careful with it.

Every weekend, most of the time on Saturdays, sometimes on Sundays as well. Then I took a few days off and was taking it almost every day during that time.

Thanks for that. Like I said after reading countless peoples testimonies online about their experiences with the drug I have decided that it is only to be used once a week. An that's just depending on how I feel on it, I still haven't even tried it yet. I may just use it as a special occasion type thing.

I battled with panic attacks in the past and I never wanna go back to doing so. From what I have herd if I abuse Phenibut it may push me back into those battles. I'm very conscious of my health and state of mind theses day so I don't slip back into dark times.

After the Phenibut arrived, I set aside a Saturday for a full day of gaming..both day and night.

My Experience

When Saturday came , I pretty much followed the instructions in the link above to a ‘t’. (Although he recommends taking the first dose on an empty stomach, I still ate a huge breakfast)
After about 2 hours, I started to feel the effect. Since I knew I was going to try some day-game, I was initially feeling some anxiety because I usually suck at it. However any apprehension that I may have had completely disappeared. I became, cool, collectedm and in a great mood. I left my house and proceeded to have one of the best day-game experiences that I've ever had (which I detailed in the approach thread).

Afterwards I went home and chilled for a few hours. My plan for the night was to meet some friends at a local pub. However before I went out, I took one more gram..(making 3 total for the day...)
When I got to the party, everyone was still sober and kind of calmly standing around as they normally do at the beginning of social events. Usually in such situations, it takes me a little while to socially acclimatize myself at, but today that was not necessary.. I was effortless able to engage everyone in conversation...I could feel the confidence within me surging.

Now, I won't break down the entire evening blow for blow, but I will say this..., I felt that dude in the movie Limitless..... My mind was sharp, my confidence was high, and I just didn't give a fuck. I without a doubt had the single most productive night of gaming that I’ve ever had..ever .. .An example of this: I was able to have a great night-long interaction with a German girl based mostly on strong eye-contact and kino. She spoke no English, and I speak only a little German. However I had escalated it to where I had my hands all over her...and she loved it. I had never, ever been able to make such good use of kino with a girl I had just met ...especially when there was such a strong language barrier. But with Phenibut, I was fearless..and it gave me a little taste of what I am capable of..

Although it was against all the advice I read, I did drink a bit while on the Phenibut. Around 9pm I drank one Becks in the middle of the evening.. and two Guinness’ at the end, right before leaving. I could tell the alcohol seemed to have a stronger effect, but nothing too bad.
I made it home around 3am...however it was a little difficult to sleep. Partly because of the Red Bulls, but also partly because I was floored by what I had just done...It was one of those nights where afterwards, as you lie in bed ... you are just kinda say to yourself “fuck yeah..that was a great night”

After Effects

The next morning, I was very surprised. I felt awesome....Not only did I have no hangover, but I was very well rested . It felt like the Phenibut was still working. I was in a good mood and did not feel any of the hangover symptoms described by other people... Actually some people reported feeling a pleasant “afterglow” instead of a hangover..and if I had to describe the feeling, I would say that is what it felt like.
However, I wouldn’t say that I walked away from the experience completely unscathed. Later that day I only had about a liter and half of beer, and I felt way drunker than I normally would have.. Also on Monday, and a bit on Tuesday, I felt something what could be described as “brain fog” or basically I had a really hard time focusing... Other people have reported anxiety..but I didn’t really get that..

Conclusion

So what’s my final verdict?? Definitely give Phenibut a try if you want to give your game a temporary boost . However be responsible about it. Don’t use much alcohol.(and be careful the next day as well) .. Don’t use it anymore than once a week, (or I would say preferably no more than once every 2 weeks). All of the horror stories that I have read seem to involve people who are retarded and abuse it (ie. Taking large doses continuously everyday). .So it seems that if you can be smart about it and avoid addiction, Phenibut can be a very, very beautiful thing.

there will be a trial and error period- just accept it. the stuff is mad cheap so it's no biggie. Just don't overdo it.

Its all very well being social but the point with PUA is to get laid. Since the title of the post is 'Phenibut - Wonder PUA Drug', did all the users end up picking women after using Phenibut or did they just have great social interactions and then came home. A bit like a bootcamp when you hung out with a group of guys, chatted to loads of people and had lots of fun but didn't bring a chick home.

I found Modafinil or Adrafinil to be pretty helpful along with Aniracetam when it came to talking or approaching people. Adrafinil and Aniracetam seemed to help with my verbal fluidity as well as memory.

Does Phenibut or similar drugs get in the way of vigorous excercise? Say, you take some in the morning and plan to do a two-hour long bike ride later that day. Will it affect your heartrate, hydration, or strength?

Has anyone used this stuff? The label is a bit confusing, cant work out if one serving contains 1500mg phenibut or 1500mg of the mixture of amino acids plus the phenibut. Would like to know how much it contains and if the pills are any good, or if I've just wasted $80
