The little server guy tried to charge me $10 for a heineken at table service I though it high so I went to the bar to order a beer and it was maybe less than half the cost. At which time I wilded the fuck out threatened to beat the shit out of the server when he said he didnt over charge me to make a long story short they gave me my money back and free beers. Everyones scared of a mad 6'3"American guy spazzing out in Manila.....

G_Global,
Shoring the mamasan? That's some next level pimp game right there. Post a data on it my friend!

I've never shored a mamasan myself, but a good Taiwanese friend of mine did just that in DongGuan, China. It's not heresay, I was with him when he did it. I think someone else around here also mentioned that they shored a mamasan - its actually likely easier than you think as most of them were once KTV girls, and they don't get laid nearly as much as they used to. A lot of the mamas in China are exceedingly flirtatious once you open them, but I've only seen a few that I would have considered worthwhile.

Question on visa renewal: where can I get a photo that will satisfy the immigration office? I thought I had a couple of spares in my bag (left over from passport renewal) but they're gone. I assume that any place here in Davao that does passport photos will also do these, but I want to make sure.

(07-31-2014 06:50 PM)calwinston Wrote:  This applies to Davao but the process is the same no matter where you are in the Philippines. Here in Tagbilaran it only takes 15 minutes. The reason for that is they are checking the national database to see if you have a police record in the country.

Quote:You will need to have an outbound flight ticket when visiting the Philippines. It’s better to do this ahead of time online so you don’t get stuck buying an expensive ticket last minute at the airport. The ticket can leave from anywhere in the Philippines, so your best bet is picking up a one-way out of the country with one of the budget airlines like Air Asia, Tiger Air, or Cebu Pacific for as cheap as possible. You can always ditch that ticket and purchase a new one when you’ve decided on a new destination.

The Philippines offers a 30 day visa on arrival for most countries. If you plan to stay in the Philippines for more than a month, you could get a visa in another country beforehand (i.e. your home country or another country that you are visiting). In the United States you can get a 60 day visa for $60 by visiting the Philippines Embassy. To be clear, though – it’s awfully easy to extend your visa in the Philippines. You can arrive on a 30-day visa and extend as long as you’d like, typically.
If you decide to extend your stay in Davao, you will need to go to the immigration office located across the street from Victoria Plaza on JP Laurel Avenue. The office is open Monday through Friday until 5pm. You’re better off avoiding Mondays and Fridays as the office tends to get quite busy on those days.
The office of an immigration attorney is located on the 2nd floor in the building to the left of the Immigration Office. If you need help, you can go there and pay 500 PHP for them to help you with the process, but this is largely unnecessary – the process is pretty straightforward.
To extend your visa you will need your passport, a copy of your passport information page, a copy of your most recent visa/stamp, 1 passport/visa photo, and a completed visa extension form. They have a copy machine there if you need to make copies (3 PHP per page).
You can get the visa extension form at the Immigration Office Window 3. The form will ask for your basic contact info (local phone number, local address, home address, etc). It will also ask for a local reference. I don’t think this part is a big deal, so you can just put down someone’s name, phone number, and address that you know here.
It will cost you roughly 2,000 PHP per month for visa extensions. Bring cash. The good news is that you do not have to leave the country, you can just go straight to the Immigration Office and keep extending. You can extend 2 months at a time (4,050 PHP).
You will need to provide your passport, passport copies, local address, phone number, and complete an application form. They will charge you mandatory express fees and require you to purchase a national ID card (~3,500 PHP and valid for 1 year) on your second extension.
The Visa Extension Process: Go to window 3 to pick up the required form. Complete the form and give it to the guy/girl at window 3. He will check it to confirm everything is correct, and then give you a number. Sit down. When your number is called (about 30 minutes later) you will pay the total extension fee in cash (PHP). Sit down. In about 30 minutes your name will be called and your passport & visa will be ready. Check the visa to make sure it is correct before leaving.

^There's a mall called Victoria directly across the street from immigrations. There's a Kodak photo place on the first floor that will take your picture and develop the photos all within about 10 minutes. Just tell them you need a passport photo.

For the actual renewal, I'd suggest just going to Fast Pass Tours -- it's only a few buildings down from immigrations. You'll drop off your passport, and they'll have it stamped and ready to go when you come back in a day or two. They also keep your photo and other info on file. It's like an extra $10 for the service but it saves time and inconvenience.

Since you are not actually getting a visa, does anybody know if the photo is truly required? I extended 3 times in Cebu and never gave a photo. I was given a heads up by others that extended just to fill out the paperwork and give no photo. No issue for five months.

(07-31-2014 12:07 AM)calwinston Wrote:  I have a general question for anyone living or been here in the Philippines.
Is anyone getting from the girls while having sex yelling for you to cum inside them?
This seems to be a phenomenon that I encounter here, more than any other country I have visited or lived in.
I know one of the reasons could be entrapment.
That might also explain the easiness of the girls here. They live in the moment instead of thinking of the consequences.

This has never happened to me. In fact, most girls -- from conservative to slutty -- insist that I use a condom.

Based on my experiences compared to other members here, I've come to realize (or at least hypothesize) that there's a big difference between which girls you attract and how they behave based on your age.

Essentially you have three kinds of girls that are actively seeking or at least very open to white guys.

Category 1: girls that are attracted to white guys, whether it's the fair skin, their crush on some American actor, or perception of you as a better lover/boyfriend

Category 2: girls that are "damaged goods", e.g., have a kid, ugly, dark complexion, etc.; they realize they'll get better bang for their buck with a foreigner since most decent Fil guys aren't going to touch them

Category 3:
girls that are looking for a provider/money, whether they're poor or looking for more comfort in a higher class (travel, gifts, etc.); again, they know they have a better chance of snagging some dopey foreigner than landing a wealthy Pinoy

Obviously there's some overlap between the 3, as girls can have multiple goals and even change her approach depending on the guy.

As a younger guy who doesn't look or act like a fucking doofus (not referring to you calwinston, but the other guys my age I've seen around):

- girls I bang practically never ask for money, even girls who I've later found out were semi-pros -- reasons being they're attracted, they assume I'm a good fuck, they don't see me as a rich provider

- girls I bang often insist on condoms -- this again goes back to not seeing me as a provider, but also has to do with them assuming I'm a player and may have something; I can't recall a girl ever asking me to cum inside, yet have had several freak out for a split second when they think I did

- girls I bang very rarely have kids -- I'm sure some don't bring it up, of course, but the chances that all of them are lying seems pretty slim, as I screen for this and have had plenty of girls volunteer the info; another member who I mentioned this to who is a bit older than me was surprised by this

Going back to the player point, it's almost a given that a girl will ask if I'm married, have a girlfriend, or how many girls I've already slept with, often all three -- and repeatedly. The popular one lately is asking if my gf/ex is going to show up at my apartment and drag them out by their hair.

I've also split my time here between a nice, Western style condo and more basic, Filipino style lodging and noticed a difference in that regard as well. Girls seem less likely to try spending the night and more likely to mention condoms.

And interestingly enough, I've gamed a few girls that were slightly older than me online (27 to 30) thinking they'd be an easy bang and nearly every one of them has given me more resistance than the younger girls.

Given all this, I believe that -- all things being equal -- a guy in his early to mid 30s is going to have the biggest pool of interested girls to pick from. That's because he will have a crack at all three Categories.

He's still young enough that he's not hitting the "old" alarm that some girls have, but old enough that he inherently is assumed to have more money and higher status. He'll also be seen as more likely to settle down.

Now, at first glance, you might think "why would I want girls looking for a provider"? Because the hottest girls are almost always in Category 3. They're not necessarily looking for cash, but they want a guy who can take them on vacations, to the beach, etc. or simply elevate/maintain their status in public. Also, I've found that some of the sexiest girls you'll find online are in the mid to late 20s. They're scampering for a man in anticipation of the impending wall, just like a Western girl.

The toughest age group is going to be the guys 50+. No offense to those guys on here obviously but their age is going to have negative connotations in certain circles. Also, some of the younger girls who are hotter and have more options are simply not going to be open to the idea of a guy that much older than them.

I was actually hanging out with one girl a couple weeks ago who was making fun of her mom for talking to a 60 year old white guy -- even though the mom herself was 50. When I pointed that out, she stopped to think about it for a second and then continued teasing her mom for the rest of the night.

They'll have the most limited pool and will attract more girls from Category 2 and the poorer girls from Category 3. I've fucked a few cute girls who had older exes but the relationship dynamic was likely completely different, as girls will shift into a different category or be more aggressive in certain areas depending on the guy.

One girl was constantly buying me things and wouldn't even eat any of my food, but before and after me had white guys taking her on vacations. Her rebound gave her the cash to open a restaurant like a month or two after they started talking -- in fact, she was still coming over to clean my house and suck my dick during their early relationship. And that guy wasn't even much older than me and was a decent looking cat.

I think a lot of this stuff is fairly obvious when you think about it, but there always seems to be a lot of confusion regarding the behavior of girls here. For example, you'll have guys thinking every girl does or doesn't ask for money based on the reported experiences of a certain individual, when in reality there's a huge amount of variance depending on several different factors.

Guys have mentioned how it's a given that you should pay for this or that, yet half the girls I talk to would rather take a jeepney and 5 minute walk then let me pay for their cab fare.

Another dating dynamic about the Phils that I'd like to expound upon is friends and cockblocking. This is something that I had trouble wrapping my head around when I first got here and have never seen anyone properly break down on the forum.

It's annoying when girls are constantly asking if they can bring their friend along to your meeting. That's until you realize that Filipinas are anti-cockblockers. Not only will they decline to actively keep you from banging, they will go out of their way to give you a window to make a move on their friend. But not after you've gotten your pick of which friend you like the most.

I'll give a handful of anecdotes to make my point.

Met one girl out at a bar with her cousin, and their gay friend later joined (I stupidly agreed that the friend could come not knowing). After the bar let out, I invited the girl back to my place, only to be initially pissed when I realized the cousin and her tranny friend were along for the ride. Yet they quickly went out on my balcony, and later moved down to talk near the pool downstairs, while I smashed their friend.

One girl agreed to come over to my house for the first meet, yet kept asking to bring her friend. I said no, she brought her anyway. I was angry until I realized that she was setting me up with her big titted buddy. She asked if I wanted her to go outside "to give us privacy", at which point I fucked her friend like a pornstar while the first girl waited downstairs.

Met another girl out at a bar with her two friends. We ended up at a KTV bar where I easily isolated and made my move. Even after she was about to suck my dick behind some building, she was still trying to hook me up with one of her friends. I declined because she wasn't as cute and the friends left us alone soon after.

Went to the movies with one chick, she denied my attempts to close, but was still obviously into me. That didn't stop her from trying to hook me up with her friend that night and in the days following. Meanwhile the friend was constantly giving me and girl #1 excuses to be alone together. Even suggested she kiss me at one point.

Those are just a few of the more notable examples. I've had plenty of girls give their friends my number or offer to hook me up with them.

Unfortunately it took me a while to catch on to what was really going on and I missed out on some opportunities. One girl wouldn't shut the fuck up about all her model friends and trying to convince me to meet them -- blew that one.

In my confusion, I made a comment to the girl from the second story about her not being interested, and she said she actually liked me but she would accept it if I liked her friend more.

The truth is, some of these girls actually are shy. But if your value is there, you will get to pick which girl you like best. And I've never went out with a group of girls and not gotten laid at the end of the night. Once you're approved, they'll give you and your girl plenty of space.

Interesting Enigma.

I don't have the wealth of experience that you have, but I've never had a girl bring a friend on a date, but sounds like I should be encouraging it! I think a lot of students/affluent girls, especially in Manila, are much more westernised and would find it unusual, as I would, to bring a companion. Usually before the meet, I also bring up this cultural point and joke "Don't bring a friend, I'm shy". I think it is another huge advantage of a quick first meet at a big mall like Greenbelt, to build comfort.

Cebu was never really hit by the earthquake except a couple of old churches. The place you are referring to that was hardest hit is Bohol. Bohol is rebuilding quickly, plus a couple of new shopping centers replacing the older buildings came online. So good and bad came out of it. Both places are functioning just fine.

Unfortunately, to me the straight dope answer is it puts you at a disadvantage, but since they probably won't be able to guess your age, i'd age yourself up (facial hair, dress, whatever) and tell them that you're older than you are. The "I'm looking for serious" shit you see on every PI dating website won't play well in their minds (even though 75 percent of the time, its just BS anyway and to make themselves feel better about carouselling) if you're 19. Tell them you're 25.

It's fairly common that girls ask here in Davao. But actually 3 out of the 5 situations I mentioned above she did not ask to bring a friend. One girl simply had plans to go out and invited me along when I hit her up that night, and the other two asked me to go drink with their group after the initial meetup.

I would try to avoid it in the beginning but it's always turned out to be a positive. In fact, if the girls suggest that your threesome becomes a foursome with the addition of another friend, it just gives the third wheel someone to talk to while you and your girl split off from the group.

Obviously you might not get the bang as quickly, but there also wasn't any resistance in the stories above -- the girls basically threw themselves at me once I had the approval of the group and a few drinks. Even the meek little girl who let her cousin do all the talking let me smash while her friends talked on the balcony 10 ft away like it was the most natural thing in the world.

The only pain in the ass part is the girls will often have a tendency to get carried away talking to each other in one of the dialects and you'll just be sitting there not knowing what's going on half the time.

Oh thanks guy the reply guys!
Im going to SEA for a holiday and PHP will be a stop over for a few weeks etc. I've seen the beaches there and nightlife there and it looks interesting. Also I can easily look like 25 so thanks for that advice mate. Confidence is no problem as well, another + is that SEA is cheap since I still am a student.

If any of you guys are there maybe we can meet up. I would love to hear you tips/tricks in person.
Thanks!

Dear Smurf

You won't need any tips and tricks. Ninety percent of success is just showing up, especially in the Philippines. I always wonder what if one of the experienced guys on this thread had mentored someone like Elliot Rodger in PI. Sure, he might have had mental issues, but maybe it could have helped cure his anger! A kind of immersion therapy into the land of sexy and sweet chicks. I still remember when two girls I met from my time in Manila called me (a great cost) on my birthday, when I was back in Europe, to wish me happy birthday. It's going to be a cultural shock for you, especially as a US college student. You're going to need to tune it down (negs, cocky funny).

In terms of personal growth, I would highly recommend you visiting PI. The test is going to be when you return home. Can you handle the fact that you get more matches in a day on Tinder in Manila than a couple of weeks in America? Can you handle the fact that it's going to be more of a struggle to get Western girls to drink a coffee, when it seemed such a non-entity in Philippines? Is the experience going to make you lazy, when you get back home or are you going to accept things as you find them, and work harder on improving yourself once home?

Being young will not harm you. Money will not be an issue, unless you actively seek these girls out. There are countless stories on this thread of girls who have paid for everything on dates etc. You might not have the whole spectrum of all girls, who may dig a slightly older guy, but believe me, you will be inundated, if you are prepared to pipeline, approach, and genuinely be a cool fun guy.

I have only visited Manila and surrounding areas, and it suits me down to the ground, who knows when I venture out what more I will find!

Yours truly,
Ladoo Wink

I met a 19 year old white kid from Texas in a bar in Davao. He had 4 hot young Filipino girls with him. He taught me the only Tagalog I learned when I was in the Phils. He told me its the only phrase in Tagalog I needed.. It was "Are you shy"

Contrary to what some erroneously may believe or try to make you believe, a young guy going to the Phils is going to have a fantastic time! The Phils is FAR from being a place only for old, washed up and ugly losers. LOL

Only a fool would say something like that as he obviously has no idea what he's talking about.

I've been enjoying reading all the adventures you guys have had and I've been living vicariously though you all. In 2 weeks I will be in the Philippines and making my own adventures. Banana

I will be in the Philippines 6 weeks total with 2 weeks in Makati, 2 weeks in Cebu, ~1 week in Davao and I might try to swing by Gensan, CDO, or whatever pops up. When I first arrive to the Philippines I have a girl meeting me at my hotel and will stay the night. Should be an easy golden touchdown.

Enigma had two great post above, the 3-category types of girls is solid and the friends advice is huge. Now I will be subconsciously labeling each girl a C1, C2, or C3 based on Enigma's system along with the standard 1 to 10 looks rating. "Jenifer is a solid girl, she is an 8 C1" or "Maria is a 5 C2 lite C3, not really worth seeing again."

The second post about bringing friends is one of the most important post in this thread. About 1 week ago I was a little of pissed when a girl I was pipelining wanted to bring her friends along when we meet up. But now I see that she (or her friends) can serve as virtual wing(wo)man and help seal the deal. Great advice about going along with it and using it to your advantage.
