Girl I number-closed via day game last week. Sent a couple of messages- she said yes to meeting for a drink. Sent a feeler about her schedule- then radio silence. She sent this novel of a text today-

To add onto this. To respond with even a "k" or saying something funny/insulting shows you care way to much. You'll also be feeding her ego.

No response is always the way to go when a woman specifically states no interest.

I went ahead and called them both and set up dates throughout the whole week. If a girl doesn't respond initial text, call her, there's a good chance she didn't see it ( in my case she never did and was excited that I called) or gives you a chance to close the deal with lukewarm leads.

^I feel like that's quite the exception. Girls are fucking glued to their phones an are 100% on top of their texts. They know when they get messages, who it's from, and how much they care to text back. Ever spend an evening with a girl who is chatting with her girlfriend(s) back and forth? Phone is either in her hand or right by her side the entire time and they check it insistently and will text back immediately. Their text-game trumps ours 9 times out of 10.

I txted to this chick: "Hey its___, sexy mofo from___, save my #"

Her: "who?"

A shit test IMO, what the best response to this bullshit?

^That text is supposed to be used when you immediately get the number and you're still standing with the girl.

1. The text is tongue in cheek, the girl laughs and now you won't have the issue you're having now.

2. A cute girl could give her number out multiple times in a night. When you do this WITH her (sending the text after she puts her number in), then she won't forget you.

To answer your question: where did you meet her?

but, it does seem off. She could be sitting beside her boyfriend and he's like who the hell is that (it's happened to me), and that's why she responded like that etc.

Done. Saying "save my #" is almost as though you think she wouldn't save your number which comes across needy. Plus it's redundant. Expect her to save the number.

I go more by G Manifesto's policy of just calling. I'll send the first text so they know it's me and leave it alone till the next day to call them. When it's a girl who is a strong lead, it seals the deal right up, and if it's a lukewarm girl, I tease her a little and build more comfort to ask out. I must be the dullest kid when it comes to texting, but I do hate it with a passion, don't have time for it and hate waiting for a reply. I don't know how much it hurts my game or not though...
