The mods see things that we don't and can do some tracking to see if there's a troll who is coming back under a different name, so maybe it's not them being offended.

This would only give the trolls even more reason to be a pain in our collective asses.

It's usually best to ignore them altogether, rather than risk rewarding them with our attention.
