I think the issue with it getting stuck finding matches was that I had location turned off in my phone. I wasn't getting matches immediately, but got 10 in the past few hours. I think that girls are not always on there, so matches are delayed. Like anything else seems like a huge numbers game, just aggressively swipe like.

Doesn't work here in the Baltics. Met one woman through this app. Couldn't score.

Online game sucks here, damn it.

Is there already a consensus concerning a optimal Tinder strategy?

This is what I'm still figuring out at well. Seems like a lot of girls are on there just to chat/attention whore.

I've tried to go for the numbers after I've built a little comfort (about 10 texts back and forth), making sure that she has asked me atleast one question. Then after I get the number I text her right away, but maybe just one or two. The next day I'll text her again, or if shes really interested, she texts me. Then set up the date.

So far I've had a 20-25% match rate for the ones I like (thats with declining the uggos of course). I've had an 80% response rate to the initial text, and have had a 80% success rate of getting a phone number from the ones I ask (not all). I had one date yesterday, and 2 more set up this week (we'll see if they flake).

My method. So far so good, but it goes a little slow. If you guys are just going for sheer volume another method may work better. I have no problem playing this out over the next month or so (or until prospects run out), and it's something fun to do when your bored.

Tinder has way too low a base in Swe, it's outmatched by Badoo.

I'll report back into this thread after a month with some insight. But after a day things seem very promising. 15 or so matches, 3 digits, all 3 agreed to meetup this week. We'll see if that happens or not, all of them hotter than OKC.

I'm gonna put in my exeprience with Tinder here. I live in Canberra Australia which is apparently like the DC of America.
As an asian dude many of my matches are asians, probably only have 20 or so matches even tho I've swiped right a lot.

I need to experiment with a few different pics but have been too lazy and the fact I have to post up pics on FB makes it annoying.

I contribute my results with the fact I don't see a lot of asians on Tinder, and the asians that are on Tinder are more western cultured. But it could also be related to the pics, definitely a good exercise in learning to be photogenic.

Do you guys banter back and forth a lot? I can manage to get the number sometimes, but too much texting kills attraction (problem I always had). Do you proceed to a meetup quickly or are the guys that have success with this excellent skills to chat for several days/weeks?

Is Tinder gaining popularity in Germany? I think I'll be spending some time there this summer. Could be a very useful tool when I first arrive.

Something weird is going on with Tinder all of a sudden. When I first signed up a few weeks ago, I was absolutely floored by how many attractive girls were on there. 90% of the time I was swiping right, maybe even more. I got very few matches. Eventually I started running out of girls to swipe and kept getting the message about no more women left to display.

Yesterday, something weird happened, No more getting the message about no more women left. They just kept coming and coming, only this time, the women were mostly ugly. I was swiping left the majority of the time. I also noticed some chics were being recycled as in girls I'd already swiped left to were being shown to me again.

Anyone else have this happen? Have an instantaneous and dramtic drop in quality that happens overnight?

I'm getting numbers very easily but still having a lot of trouble getting the girls out. I'm currently trying a cat-friendly approach, aiming to build comfort with the girl via whatsapp over the course of 1-2 weeks before asking her out. I'm very focused on cracking the code, as I plan to gradually remove club game from my life.

One of my matches was definitely a bot. Initiated with a wink. Responses made no sense. The 3 chicks who gave out the digits seem solid, unfortunately bad weather is going to mess up my plans to get them out in the next few days. One agreed to a Sat night meetup which is always a good sign.

Not getting a lot of matches from the younger girls 25 and below. Probably because they are hotter/in higher demand, also possible they don't search in my age range.

Surprisingly I have fucked hotter girls off of Tinder over sites like POF and okcupid.

You definitely have to screen through a lot more shit on Tinder but when you run into that one girl that ends up living only a few miles away and is looking for a fuck buddy you hit the gold mine.

2 of my 3 hottest lays last year were on Tinder.

I think a lot of girls swipe left on guys because they don't want to get overwhelmed with messages. So if they happen to swipe right for you it makes things a lot easier compared to typical dating sites because you don't have to worry about a ton of other guys messaging them.

So far I am starting to reach the limit of girls. I am running of off girls to swipe. No matches. My guess is that it only heats up on the weekends when the college girls are looking to fuck.

Which leaves me SOL since I work nights and and every friday and saturday night. At least in terms of finding a DTF girl on the prowl.

Got the tinder app last Sunday, it's been less than a week and just got a bang. Chick was very cute, a little annoying, but also a cool girl. Put up a shitload of resistance, but I just pushed through. Textbook game from start to finish.

This app is definitely very promising, 5 days from downloading to a bang is excellent. I may have to revise my rant against online dating from a few months back. I have another meetup scheduled for tomorrow with a different girl, who's been in fitness competitions. I'm loving the quality over OKC.

Only thing is I'm running into the same issues as other dating sites. Very easy for me to meetup/bang girls around my age, late 20s to early 30s, yet younger girls are more elusive.
