^^^The best is the random dudes walking around with a meter long piece of PVC pipe across their shoulders with two steel pots on each end yelling "BALUT BALUT BALUT". That whole blue fish on the grill was 50 peso. Others around 150-200 unless in Manila where it tends to be more expensive.
