An ex of mine a while ago started dating a guy who co/owned an investment company. One of the companies they owned was an international private security/intelligence firm.. and he snooped on her. Smart lad. She came to me after a month saying i can't believe he has seen me doing and saying all these things in our videos and texts (she saved our whatsapp conversations apparently??) and i initially thought she was accusing me of sending him them to fuck up their relationship... but actually she knew it was his company hacking her laptop.. and possibly mine. Question for you logistics pros:

Lets say you rent a "room" in a primo location. I'm talking <5 minute walk from every quality daygame/nightgame area in the city.

This room is in an apartment that has a big baller view, fancy kitchen, leather sofa etc.

but

Your room is essentially a closet. Big enough For a bed and a desk if you're lucky. Prisoners have more space

The apartment has all the amenities: pool, sauna, weight room.

So you have everything that screams big baller lifestyle (you're paying a fifth of what a single room usually costs in the area) but you live in a closet.

Would you do it?

Yeah, the shared living space would be ok as long as the roommates were semi-cool (most sound like they are very strict/like to work all day, but from my experience these types are very nonconfrontational)

Having done it a few times, a small 1-bd in a very desirable location >>> pretty much any other setup. Logistics really can dominate and like you said if you go out more it's a win-win. Every time I move to a nicer part of town, I get more 'eyes light up' from girls.
