Valid question. Actually, I wouldn't say Taipei became easy, it's still a place that I'd only recommend for someone staying long-term, as getting quality is pretty difficult in my opinion. It just became boring, repetitive and too small. In my last month, 'gaming' became a massive chore, and I wasn't enjoying myself as much. 6 months is about right for Taipei IMO.

Actually going to Seoul was my plan, and I applied for a ton of jobs before deciding on Bangkok. I was going to spend six months there, before moving to somewhere with better weather.

No one would hire me and it was taking too long (maybe because of visa issues) So I went for Bangkok . Plenty of 8's here though

I will return to Korea some day, but next up is Vietnam I think .

@Leighton, I'm not offended. It's cool that we have a difference of opinion. It sounds like Korea is tough, which is what a lot of guys have said before, and I'm sure it is. Taipei doesn't seem easy either. It sounds like you have been cherry picking the hardest east asian spots.

But in the other places I've been in Asia you have a big niche being white. Anyways, didn't mean to get in an argument.

As far as Thailand goes, I will say it has way higher quality (on average) than the philippines.

If you've gotten socialized into desiring the lighter skinned asian girls, then coming to the philippines may not make you too satisfied.

I've said this before, but race is only one of many factors that will determine your success in a given country. Being of an ethnicity rumoured to be "popular" is no guarantee that you will clean up there, while belonging to an "unpopular" ethnic group is no death sentence either.

I've never been to Taiwan or Thailand, but if the female populations of Mainland China and Japan are anything to go by, I think it would be safe to conclude the following...

- The overwhelming majority of local women have never considered being with a foreigner, never give them much thought and have no specific interest in them. That doesn't mean they would automatically be closed off to the idea if they were approached by an attractive foreign guy with game, but you'll need more than JUST exoticness to get anywhere with these. If I had to guess, I'd say 92% fit this category, possibly more.

- There are probably another 4% or 5% that will refuse to date or sleep with any foreign man, and are explicitly interested only in their own kind (note that by "their own kind" I usually mean their own nationality, rather than "race". A girl in Japan who refuses to date White foreigners is probably not much more likely to date foreigner from China or Korea).

- Then you probably have the remaining 3% who specifically target foreign guys. These are found in the expat clubs and bars in whichever local country you're in at the moment. Usually they're not considered particularly attractive by local standards, but they're the kind guys sing about when they go back telling their friends how "girls in East Asia all love dem some White dick."

Concerning the first 90-something percent: local guys who have their shit together tend have the upper hand with these, simply because (a) they speak the language better, (b) they're more familiar with the culture and social norms and (c.) already have an established social circle, and generally how to play the system better, but that doesn't mean the girls are automatically going to shut the door in front of you just because you're foreign.

No, a good friend had been back in Seoul for a few months so he took me out. We went to a private party at circle superclub. It was a pretty ritzy party and tons of the people I met that night had studied or worked outside of Korea so they were really open and friendly to me, I was a novelty at times as I was the only non white or asian guy there so a few people came to investigate what I was. Im not one to be overly attracted to asian women but id give her a 7.5, great face skin but not much in the way of curves just really lean and fit, a good set of fakes and some squat work could've pushed her into the 8s+ but still a respectable notch. The well traveled crowd definitely worked in my favor.

If you're an Asian guy and grew up in the West or Australia and speak English, are lighter skinned, and at least decent looking..

Do yourself a favor and go to Bangkok.. party in Ekkamai, Thong Lo, RCA

You don't even need to game, just be high energy, have fun and things will usually naturally follow..

6 and 7s will be easily reachable, 8s as well after a little work since you're asian and don't have much of a stigma, 9s.. i dunno about that one chief!
