One of my client's secretary, also his niece. Saw her once quickly before, got back to the office and told my boss she's cute. Few general guidelines to help going forward, cause I can tell you like this girl since the nervousness and over-analysis is coming through:

No more self deprecation
No apologies
No try hard selling yourself i.e. "perfect gentleman"


If you're gonna chat, then chat about something to get her emotions going or build connection, not just small talk (obviously this is preferable over phone or in person)
