Girl I've seen twice, no kiss the first time, made out the second. We had planned to go out tonight, she sent me at text this afternoon explaining that she was really hungover from last night and might have to cancel tonight. I waited a while and just sent "...". She replied about an hour ago saying "yeah I definitely don't feel good." Im pretty pissed about it, any advice on a response would be appreciated before I spew off something stupid.

The ... line was slightly off track here, spurred perhaps by the recent CH post?

I think your girl flaked because she wasn't quite sure about you and had a sort of a pre-buyer's remorse.

The "yeah I definitely don't feel good." was less about the hangover and more about her current feelings for you. She's essentially demeaning you. If you havent yet responded, here are some suggestions -

Hey guys. Texted this girl last night and got some mad radio silence. Here's the back story:

Was at at a bar with 5 friends last Friday for Halloween. See a girl standing within 2 feet of me. I tap her on the shoulder and ask her about her costume. She was a sexy construction worker haha. She hooks hard and after a few minutes although we're talking about bs subjects, she's standing between my legs (I'm sitting on a barstool) and I have my hand on her ass. She's pretty tipsy, but is definitely into me. I turn her construction hat around and kiss her for 10 seconds or so then continue the conversation.

I then take her out to the patio and talk some more. As we finish our beers simultaneously I'm thinking to myself "Pull this girl now". I found out earlier she lives in the apartment complex next door, sweet. Before I can open my mouth she says "I need to find my friends". Fuck. I get her number, give her a kiss on the lips and head home a few minutes later. In hindsight I could've opened my mouth sooner or stuck around the bar a bit longer to go for the SNL, but hey hindsight is always 20/20 as they say.

Decided to text her last night:

Z (7:59 PM): Oh hey whats up? I'm good!
Me (8:52 PM): Not too much just cooked dinner. Do you want to hang out later this week?

Looking back this convo seems very robotic, but I was just trying to stick to the Roosh text method.

While she was probably just looking for a halloween hookup and I may have missed my chance, I don't want to call it quits just yet. She lives next door and it would be so convenient to just run next door when I'm horny.

Any suggestions about how to move this forward or does it seem like a done deal?

So this I sent this girl a text on Sunday evening, a simple 'hey what's up'

No reply.

Until today at 1:50pm.

At about 1:30pm, I walked through the campus library. Of course, dressed and groomed well (at least better than most students), confident walk that I can almost pride myself on (chin up, almost to the point of clear arrogance but not quite). I walked by her coincidentally, but did not make eye contact. It didn't appear as if I tried to avoid it, but rather that there are too many people walking around for me to look at her specifically. Of course I noticed her and avoided acknowledging her. I could see however through periphery that she noticed me, and she actually changed her direction a bit in an attempt to avoid a direct walk by me, I think.

Anyways, her text message 'Hey, I'm good hby?'

I'm going to give a quick recap of our exchanges before all this so you guys get an idea of how I'm not sure exactly where to go with this.

Met her a couple weeks ago day approach. Tried to set something up the initial week, she was busy and told me she was free the next week. Hit her up that following week, she was receptive, we agreed on a date two days later. When the day came around, I told her if she wants she can come over for a drink later. She suggested we meet on campus instead. I told her I was at home and if she wants to meet I can pick her up and we can hangout for an hour or so and then I can drive her home. She says 'to be honest..' I don't know you too well yet so I think we should hangout over a coffee or something so we can get to know each other better.

That day got complicated so I just said 'ok, we'll do something later in the week'. I didn't text her later that week and waited until Sunday to send a 'hey what up' at the beginning of this point.

Any ideas? I don't want a boring coffee date as I want to cut to the chase and escalate but at the same time I don't want to reattempt the exact same thing I already tried. I was thinking about experimenting with some different methods, such as just being really aloof with replies and not giving a shit.

Maybe I'll wait until tomorrow (at least, given her long reply time) and just answer 'good' or 'its complicated' or something nonchalant. I read some of Roissy this week and he suggests thinking the following before replying to a text message: 'how would you respond to her text if you currently had 3 girls in bed with you at the moment?' (or something to that effect).

Anyhow I'm open to ideas. I don't care if this doesn't go anywhere I'm too busy at the moment to set aside time for dates anyways.

Hey man. You shouldn't have waited those three days.

She initiated texting you and expressed interest in seeing you again and then agreed to going out for lunch (not the best scenario btw, but you know that).

Hindsight is 20/20, but for future reference when meeting a girl who shows interest, strike while the iron is hot.

This isn't even dead. Send her a low-investment message and she'll probably reply. When she does give her a call immediately. You can probably get her out. But because of you're previous misstep she may flake, so make sure you're going after other girls in the meantime. Make plans to meet another girl that night.

As far as texting these types of girls again later, it really depends on how many other girls I'm working on. Doesn't really take much effort on my part to pick up my phone and send a text or two... especially if I'm at work!

Thanks for the advice, this is actually what I did for the most part. Before I posted the above, I sent out the last text asking her to give me a day that she's free.

She has not responded.

The only part that sucks is that I was quite literally inches away from sealing the deal, and I am still walking away empty handed.

Now it is sort of in the balance - Call her to set plans on meeting tonight? Text her around when she should be done? Preempt it with a place to meet/have her come over?

Or just go out, and if she texts great if not I am hitting on new girls?

I definitely want to bang this girl again and harem her if possible.

I got to admit Travesty, I'm intrigued by your situation.

Almost all my same nights want to see me again. Maybe I'm going for easy lays and that's why they're not flaky afterwards? But by and large I'm the one ignoring and flaking on them. But then again, I'm not really a harem guy these days, I just move on to the next girl.

You don't seem to be making any obvious errors.

But I'd suggest being even more assertive. Don't ask when she's free so much.

Instead tell her what to do.

I often say something like: "Clear your plans tomorrow night, we're hanging out".

Then she'll reply with an lol and ask what we're doing and I'll tell her what's up.

But you seem like you're mostly following the book here. Which makes me suspect that there's more intangible issues here. It's not the words, but it's the vibe. It's not what you do, but how you do it.

I hesitate to say it man, but bear in mind where I'm coming from... maybe you aren't fucking these girls right.
