Yesterday I got invited to drink at work with my fellow drones. Hit up my Saturday night club spot early on guest list to avoid cover charges.

Slow as expected, it was only 11pm. We hopped to a more hipster club a minute away and there was a small crowd on the dance floor. My cousin and I just started dancing and vining to the music to get in a good mood. The girls there against the bar were checking us out and that helped add to our fun state. There weren't many people on the dance floor when we got in, we stayed for 20-30 minutes and by the end it was rather busy. People started joining us as we were having fun and giving an invitation to others to do so as well.

No approaches here, I don't think. I might have done one dance approach but I don't remember. We pretty much shut the girls out and danced on our own the whole time.

The problem is-it's their house and their rules, and you can' transgress too far and too often, even if you think they are being silly.

Bars have an economic reason to white knight-many of them depend on female traffic to bring the guys in, so they are protective of the girls and want to maintain an atmosphere where they feel "comfortable"

My favorite bar that I go to almost every week is a great pickup venue. It's the main place that tourists and local girls go to when they are looking for some dick. I've pulled SNLs there 10+ times in the last 18 months and gotten many makeouts, numbers and dates.
I know all the bartenders and most of the bouncers by name and they know me and we get along great-I'm polite and tip well and they never give me any problems.

Who knows-your friends might have been getting some pressure from their boss about you or PUAs in general. It might be best to modify your game a bit or find a way to work around them for a while

No, but you're probably rusty. I've been in tons of situations that should've crippled my game, and at times it got to me, but the key is to just press on. Like right now my car has gone to total shit, I'm embarrassed by the sight of it, and need to replace it ASAP (I have a little scratch, if anyone has any suggestions), but when I go out I push that shit out of my mind and game on as usual.

Even if your circumstances make it virtually impossible to pick up a girl, press on and try to keep your game sharp for when things turn around.
