I've not been to Russia, Ukraine or FSU countries (though when I travel and meet when from these places I'm astounded), but just from the cities that I have physically been:

Buenos Aires, Argentina
New York, NY (but only in Manhatten, and many are probably foreigners and models... forget any of the other boroughs)
Seville, Spain

I am sure when I visit Eastern Europe this list might change...

I think the best "white" Latinas are in Brazil and Argentina, hands down. There are plenty of women here whose roots are from Eastern Europe. My neighbor is a 9.5 of Polish descent and yes, she has a Brazilian bunda unlike most white girls.

I would say in terms of physical beauty Medellin may be better than most parts of brazil I visited but I still prefer brasileiras because they are cooler.

IMO, even in a shithole like Chisinau, the number or ratio of hot girls in upper-end clubs can easily compete with Miami (and without the silicone fioritura, which is a matter of importance). It's well known that most well-traveled, well-experienced international travelers, playboys, slit hounds, fashionistas, and beauty groupies have been unanimous in their verdict for years:

1. Highest beauty of white race is found in top-level women from Eastern Europe, particularly Slavic countries.

2. Second highest are 'white Latinas' from Argentina/Colombia/Brasil/Italy/French Canada, etc.

3. Third highest are Scandinavians.

4. Fourth highest are Anglo-Saxon North American.

There is little to argue here. Beauty is universal.

Consequently there can not be serious arguments that Miami (or New York, or London, etc.) is better than any top-tier EE city when women in Miami (or New York, or London, etc.) are cross-section of all four different groups, while in top-tier EE city they are cross-section of the top group alone.

Diversity in the marketplace is more interesting perhaps, but it also dilutes that same marketplace.

Similarly, no matter how amazing the top women in say Rio are, they still come from a lower position (second group) on the hierarchy of looks and therefore will always loose from top women found at the top level of hierarchy.

Miami definitely has some of the most beautiful lizards I have seen.

All wannabe models or lizards who think they can use their body/looks for profit come to Miami.

It has certain pros. It's swarming with celebrities who have real money and the weather is always warm so there is no real offseason.

The looks vary because the place is swarming with tourists all season long. I've met lizards from Germany, a lot of Russians, Estonians, Swiss, Auzzies, Brits and those from other parts of the United States. I've even met lizards from Gabon (West Africa).
So whatever your taste, you can find it here.
After certain events, the place is absolutely crawling with people. The weekend after the Heat took the ring, I'd never seen so many people in Miami. It was the same weekend some dudes I was with banged some lizards from Montreal in the ocean. I got a makeout cos I wasn't willing to go raw in the saltwater.

ACCESSIBILITY

Also in Miami, you can practically talk to any lizard without her generally snobbing you off because she never knows who you may be. Since her general objective or dream is snagging a millionaire (and millionaires come in all shapes, sizes and guises), it would be terrible for her to shun a dork in an Ed Hardy shirt and find out he was the next dot com billionaire down in Miami open to hemorrhage his endless funds off on the nearest beauty queen.

This means that in my time here I've been able to strike up a convo with all sorts of lizards, even those who are out with their man.

I don't know if I mentioned this before but men in Miami don't really handcuff their lizards. This means you can open any lizard and not have to concern yourself too much that the man is going to come barking at you.

I was talking to a pretty mixed lizard from Colombia with lovely curly hair using my minimal Spanish one night when out with Nomad unaware that her possible sugar daddy aka sponsor, an alpha looking older white male, hung patiently at the bar sipping a drink as I tried my game.

I got her email address, since she claimed she had no phone number, having moved to Miami only two months prior (probably bullshyt) and I gave her a hug and maybe a kiss on the cheek and moved on to other targets.
Lo and behold, when I did a quick room scan after, I saw her close dancing with the white haired male.

Closing in Miami MUST be done on the first night. Phone numbers are almost useless (for me, anyways nothing comes of it). This means you must go hard early and eject if the target seems too indecisive. You will have numerous others to choose from. On some days, it's so packed that you don't even need to bother with clubs, you can just post up on the strip and holla all night long.

Regarding the unreliability of dates, my theory is that there are too many distractions for both men and women to be bothered to be invested in ongoing dates. Unless your name is Enrique Ingelias, Rick Ross or Lebron James, don't be on the edge of your seat expecting lizards to return your calls any time soon. To be honest, I don't know if I am the perfect candidate for that. I've flopped a few dates i.e a Cuban, a Panamanian (I was unable to show up due to impaired mobility of the vehicular and financial type) and bad logistics in general.

But other Miami veterans who live can maybe chime in on dating in Miami vs going for one night slams.

I am struggling job wise so I'm in the process of moving. I can't do much with hampered pockets. But it's visually very beautiful and it's nice waking up to scorching sun every day of the year.
